I am very proud of the CF for Hope efforts in Keyna and the fact that CFNE was able to be a part of such a meaningful charity.

"Last night in Haiti! Hopefully!" *cheers*cheers* ??? I'm conflicted. A 4 day trip to Haiti to do what? It's all very nice and the videos say a lot but it all sounds very inflated. Sounds good to hear but, really don't think some of them mean it. Knowing good and well that was the very first thing E.Beers did was go on and check her ranking. Pain, poverty and suffering are real and should be highlighted and addressed. I think they got a pinch of what it all means but they could have felt it much much more. I really do hope they understood it in the very short time they had.

Knowing that I have two "rest days" back to back coming up, I didn't take one today. However, I'm still pretty beat up after "Eva" yesterday (it sure was fun!), so I did the "Sprint Chipper" from the 2013 Games:
For Time:
21 GHD Sit-ups w/20# medicine ball (RX'd)
15 Snatches (scaled to 100#)
9 Wall Burpees (used 8' chain link fence)
Time - 4:36

Looking forward to catching up on reading the articles.

Two more weeks of NYC Marathon prep, then back to consistent CrossFit. I miss it.

Ran 14 miles in 2 hrs 3 minutes this morning. I'm tired.

Sur la platform des expériences que j'ai eu, on vais donner un aperçu de quelques-unes certains choses que je pense pourrait décaler les routines du club en avant.Certaines choses posera vraiment bien ensuite ils volent, certaines choses ne fonctionnent pas et il sera temperatures de passer à autre decided to go with.
