Why is there not live event coverage or archived footage of the events on the CF Games site like there was last year? We live Crossfit all year and look forward to this week like the rest of America looks forward to the Super Bowl. It seems that we should at least be able to watch it without buying ESPN3. Just saying.......

I'm so impressed with everyone that actually did the row! I ran six miles in the heat and that was all I could do. I figured that was as close to any sort of half marathon as I was going to get and called it a day. Did this one today.

Had to change it a bit today because lack of equipment.
The 100 double unders really slowed me down because bad
technique.
And this WOD after the 21,097m row yesterday was hard!

all else as rx'ed but lost a lot of time getting to treadmills and getting them up to speed, which was slower than I would have gone on a track. Still a very good WOD.

45# dumbbells as that's the largest we have

we DO have a home made axle bar so the front squats were rx'd

runs and farmer carry were done down a steep driveway to a point down the road and then back (up the stupid steep driveway)

Happy I made the cut off time. ;-)

... and very happy my shoulder is feeling good.

First WOD and Crossfit ever. First time on the site yesterday. (Checked out the FAQ and acronyms.)

Did 16 L-pullups in place of the rope as I didn't have access to one(I am 6'6 and can scale 15ft in 3-4 motions.) Also did 100 normal jumping jacks as I need to practice on the double-unders.

Everything else was rx'd. I was exhausted.
