Amusing book report, it's just sensationalist enough to make into a real tabloid.

"Anything that is in the world when you're born is normal and ordinary and is just a natural part of the way the world works. Anything that's invented between when you're fifteen and thirty-five is new and exciting and revolutionary and you can probably get a career in it. Anything invented after you're thirty-five is against the natural order of things."

~Douglas Adams
"The Salmon of Doubt : Hitchhiking the Galaxy One Last Time" (2002)

Now you kids get off my lawn and read a book.

My rest cycle is off a little, so I picked a fun and classic old WOD that wouldn't fry me and let me get back on schedule.

AMRAP 15 min:
9x deadlift, 155#
12x push ups
15x box jumps, 24"

8 rounds + 9 deadlift, then completed the 9th round

Did anyone else find themselves distracted by the repeated emphasized statemens, arrowed formatting, and pictures in the article similar to how she described being distracted by hyperlinks? Maybe my brain has been overconditioned by the internet and now more easily distracted?

Rest for me for sure.

Also lamenting the fact that I can't watch the Games because I don't have a cable provider that works with ESPN3.

Bummer. Stuck watching the finals only.

No matter how beautiful the backdrop, no hand stand photo will ever supplant the image of Eva-T's on the beach, in my mind.
