Central east events were awesome today. Froning is destroying the competition thus far.

No rest today. Did Annie again. 8:24 Rx, which is over 2 minutes better than earlier in the week.

I've come to the conclusion that, although I can string together 50 DUs, I'm way too slow at them. I need to do FASTER DUs. That's what I'm going to work on.

Bailey didn't win cause he was heel striking... just saying

What a sad article by Jeff King about cycling. Was my favorite exercise in the 1990s, and my wife and I went to the Tour de France for Lance's dominating 6th win and had a blast. The events are punishing beyond belief, with hill steepness unimaginable in the US. It really is a wonderful sport...I hope it can clean itself up so folks like me can again take it seriously.

rest day like a boss

Great article.

My sad takeaway is that it's not a question of if money will ruin a sport, but when.

How can a pro athlete cheat themselves and their families out of a chance at elite level cash and fame when it's just a quick undetected injection away?

After sacrificing so much to get so far, I doubt I could.

+1 to @Iuli. I'm not even going to run today. I think I'll enjoy a bourbon or two later.
