Kate you are an inspiration and an amazing human being. Keep up the fight and don't ever give up. Just know that you are in the hearts and thoughts of a lot of people and you will do amazing things in life. Thank you crossfit for sharing her story!

Hi guys did Fran today and i really struggled with my thrusters any ways i can improve them any workouts you can suggest other than just repeating Fran or doing thrusters on their own.
@ #27 / Daniel, what did you struggle with specifically with thrusters? Thrusters in general, or grip fatigue, or pain while squatting, etc?
Lots of things can be overcome with better technique and positioning. Just because thrusters are a front squat and a push press, doesn't mean the technique should be the same.

I think its generally poor form after about 4 or 5 reps. I am working on my shoulder mobility as i struggle with front squats also.
Found my 1RM on squat clean and jerk and Front Squats today. 135(PR) and 175!
