I have noticed the absence of poetry, essays, and classical music on the Main site these past several months. I assumed it was due to the changes at the top. I sincerely hope that today's submisson is not a one and done.

Agreed. I also miss these additions. Anybody else notice the abundance of free Journal articles of late? I can't remember the last article that wasn't a freebee.

Great picture! I just wanna say that I'm a month into Crossfit and it has been fantastic. Sure I wanna die after some WODs but I've never felt better in my life. Thanks to Crossfit and the people at my box!

Pretty sore from yesterday's OHS, and I only practiced with a 45 pound bar. I may actually rest today, or run easy at lunch.

Son needed someone to do Insanity Aerobic workout with him last night so I did most of it. Think I will rest today and stretch my sore calves! Looking forward to tomorrow's WOD. Will be Day 5 and I am already losing weight and tightening up. Man this is a great journey.

Today I finally realized my goal of completing a muscle up on the pull up bar.... months of dedicated practice finally paid off

Love days like this when everything finally comes together and you accomplish a long time goal

It's nice to see a return of some mellow content. Intensity is what I'm sure all of us love about CrossFit. It's refreshing to balance that intensity with something that requires a moment of stillness to appreciate it. We don't get enough of those moments in our lives.
