+1 @ marc #6.

this workout is insane ! want to work hard ? we'll reward you by giving you more time...... to work harder !!

unknown and unknowable. just when you think you're done, along comes more of the same or something else. the crossfit community is blessed by having coach and his team continually looking at ways to push the boundaries.

i love it.

83 reps at Masters weight

Snivels -- body tired from:
- 5 rounds of "Strange" Monday evening (includes runs, weighted Pull Ups and weighted walking lunges)
- 14 hours at work yesterday & again today

Kevin C. - I'm going to try this one again this weekend when I'm rested. I'm sure I'll make it into the bonus round. I'll SWAG it at about 140-150.

Trying to watch the live feed 13.5 announcement but it doesnt work now :( Anyone know how to overcome this or if it will be back?

Comment #15 - Posted by: Tone at April 3, 2013 8:33 PM

That's pretty cool.

Comment #16 - Posted by: JB at April 3, 2013 8:49 PM

what are my goats?

Toes to bar, Chest to bar.

The open was going pretty good until about a week ago.

If I have a 6 minute Fran with regular pullups and pretty much an inability to get my chest to the bar, I don't see this wod lasting longer than 4 minutes.

It'll be an easy one.

Comment #26 - Posted by: Sutton Ward at April 4, 2013 5:30 AM

Anyone else out there think that Castro possibly miscalculated the rep scheme on 13.5? It was promoted to go out to 16 minutes ...etc....and when you have people like Kalipa and Briggs not make it out of the 8 min amrap and Froning coming within 1 second of missing you have to wonder. I think the intent was to stretch it out further. It was such a cool event last night but it would have been a disaster if Froning would have ended at 179 with an 8 minute amrap. Now if the rep scheme would have been 10/10 with amrap cutoffs as 4 min- 80 reps, 8 min -160 reps, 12 min 240 reps.....I think it would have been more interesting!!! But...it is what it is.

I was actually so upset with my score that I launched the bar across the stall at the completion of 4:00. After seeing comp scores I feel better. Great WOD

Didn't have an easy way to thrust 100lbs at the playground, so I did it with two 35lb Dumbbells
Pull ups were legit CTB; I am very proud of that.

138 reps

@Kevin #12...Fran cough for sure!!

Scaled to 80# and ring pull ups

58 reps in 4 min, then did another round to complete a total of 90 reps...then did the row/GHD/TTB/situp workout. Tough day coming off a 3 day trip!

Did sets of 9 reps instead of 15. This WOD gets tough quick!
