I was apart of the Level 1 trainer course and wanted to say all the trainers were amazing. Specifically Jenni with tremendous knowledge and a fantastic personality. Mel was extremely helpful in the live demos and watching an athlete of her caliber in action was an honor. And of course Chuck has an unbelievable way of explaining the course and making it easy to understand. Thanks again to everyone, it was a great pleasure being apart of your class.

CrossFit Roots in Boulder, CO was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I have walked away with more knowledge than I ever could have imagined! Thank you Cherie for you and the awesome staff as well as Nicole for lending your awesome gym for the weekend! Truly a memory ill never forget!

Comment #2 - Posted by: Keysha Hood at March 31, 2013 5:18 PM

I have to say, coming into this course I thought I knew quite a bit about CrossFit. I learned so much that I was so un-aware of. Going into this course I think everyone wants to see Rich, Camille, Annie etc. but I honestly couldn't of been happier with the trainers we had. Chuck was so easy to learn from and had such a great way of teaching and fun. Rudy had so much knowledge an experience that was extremely helpful. Jenni and Mel were not only great role models/inspirations but they were incredible trainers. Jobst and Lavo helped me with a new way of approaching a lift. Thank you so much for putting your time and effort in to furthering my future in this sport and business. I couldn't be more grateful!! Happy Easter.

Congratulations to Karl Steadman and his team Steeve, Simon and Anu for this memorable weekend of training : very professional and also entertaining and fun. It was really appreciated by the French community that you asked Yves Patte from Crossfit 1815 and Raph from Crossfit Montpellier to translate every part of the training. It will certainly help the French trainees to be more successful in both their results in the test and their ability to better train their clients.

Level 1 at Crossfit Boston was flawless! All instructors were top notch. I can compare this to going to a Level 1 before the test and say it's really all the same material, but a lot sharper. It was the same material, but all the instruction and coaching was more refined.

Totally worth attending a second time!

Crossfit Boston was a fantastic host and their facilities are top of the line, swank even.

I attended my level one seminar in morristown Nj. I dont think I ever learned so much in such little time. It was extremly humbling and informative. The whole time i kept saying there making everything look so easy. After my last day i youtubed a video of joey dill one of my instructors who lets just say had a loy of things to say about my squat lol. The video looked pretty old and in it was joey squatting down to a medicine ball and struggling to get one last muscle up. Just seeing how much he mastered these movements is an insperation.

Jobst thanks for helping me develop my snatch technique, your keen eye and laid back approach was very effective in coaching me through the moves. Laz, you are a fantastic trainer as well, thanks for the help with my presses, I have a lot of work to do on my hip dip and extension. Jenni, your smile and attitude are contagious and you are an amazing athlete and coach. Mel, your technique is fantastic and it is humbling to watch you demonstrate perfect form. Rudy, you are a fantastic trainer even though you are part machine. Haha, thanks for the help and the great snatch/programming lectures. Everyone was exceedingly knowledgable and approachable. Thanks for a great beginning to my future in Crossfit!

Level 1 course at the Ranch in Aromas was awesome! I was so impressed with the level of coaching ability and technical knowledge that all the trainers brought to the course and did their best to impart on us. I felt like a kid who goes to basketball camp and Michael Jordan shows up to teach you how to shoot free throws! I have never been more aware of my Posterior Chain Engagement than with Neal and Miranda yelling in my ear (in a good way!) during our Fran workout. Came home with renewed enthusiasm to improve myself and help other people reach their goals too. Thank you so much Miranda, Dave, Jason, Neal, Melia, and Sheri, you guys rock.
