Did anyone else watch the Rory and Adrian 13.4 face off after the watching the 13.4 instructions and watch Adrian's T2B and think, "Hey, he's almost not bringing his feet back behind enough?"

I did 12 min for as many reps following the same rep scheme:

155 lb. clean
155 lb. Bench press(subbed for jerk)
knees to elbows instead of T2B

I got through the rounds of 3 reps, 6 reps, 9 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps, and 18 reps. Then plus 12 cleans last round.

I didn't want to do Jerks because my shoulders are sore from doing thrusters yesterday. Bench doesn't hurt my surgically repaired shoulder like overhead anything does. My forearms, hands, and wrists are absolutely beat.

@Joe....I understand....but then the workout should be labeled as a clean and "press"...not jerk. I'm not trying to be difficult but any elite lifter who looks at that label and then watches the video is gonna go "that's the most terrible jerk press I've ever seen"....even if a push press is harder (which it is), it's still mislabeled.

My 45lb bar is junky, so I used my nice 15kg bar. Put 42.5 lbs on left side and 40 lb on right. Had to move my grip about 1/2 inch left on both hands to balance the weight.

That's my son in the background behind Graham with the blue hat on. All the HQ people and athletes were so friendly to him - taking pictures, high-fives, etc. He loved it! Thanks to all who took pictures with him and to Dave Castro for letting him throw shirts to the crowd. We're lucky to have this type of personal access to HQ and the athletes. I must also say that CF TNT put on a top-notch event!

#89 . . . The "facade of CF being low on injuries" is NOT "starting to fall apart" . . . Whenever elite athletes Of which at 58 I am not one - Having unsubmitted Open scores that would only put me around 300 in the Masters 55-59] in any discipline push their limits there is a chance for injury . . . I was injured several times as a 4:38 miler/15:58 5K/2:38 Marathoner trying to reach the next level . . . Does that make running "high injury"? . . . Of course not . . . I get so tired of hearing the constant drumbeat of CF injuring people . . . People injure themselves through poor form/technique & excessive loads for their current capacity . . . If anyone is concerned about getting injured in CF then take up knitting . . . But be careful you don't hurt yourself with one of those needles . . .
