Cool photo. This must be the new level 1 certification, "crossfit toddlers."
Really confused about the video. What was I supposed to get out of it?

A little dizzy in round 3.
I humbly propose a hero WOD for Lieutenant Colonel Chris "Otis" Raible. On Sept 14th 2012, Otis was Commanding Officer of Marine Attack Squadron 211 when enemy troops infiltrated Camp Bastion, Afghanistan. He led his Marines in retaking of the airfield, giving his life in the process.
I flatter myself by calling myself his friend. I hope I might one day be half the officer and pilot that Otis was. As a staff officer, he yearned to be in the fight leading Marines again. He died as he lived: kicking ass.

I believe a WOD is well-deserved for Otis.

@19 I believe you can get it at Target. She loves it. When you drop it, or throw it as she does, it plays music.

That was a nice catch-up with Maggie, didn't know she's with Jeff T - one of the old school dawgs from back in the day!
Awww... what a little cutie pie! What was the baby's time on that WOD? Cute. Baby clothes are a riot.
Preparing for the snow - stronglifts at home:
Squat: 5x5 @ 205
Bench: 5x5 @ 170
Such a cute pic, I love it when my kids work out with me.
Great picture! The video (which I missed at first) was thought provoking on several different levels. Thank you so much for both pieces. Live. Learn. Think. Love.
