"20 Pieces of Angie"

Twenty rounds for time of:
5 Pull-ups
5 Push-ups
5 Sit-ups
5 Squats

As rx'd, 14:07.

Another nice one from Wodshop. Ring pull-ups and anchored sit-ups. With all the transitions, this turned out to be not a whole lot faster than my regular Angie. Fun for a change of pace.

Anybody got any tips on the hold. I know i could have put up more wait but just that little bit on my wrists hurts like you know what. If I lock out my wrists and dont set the bar on my chest i have no problem with the thrusting part but the second i set the bar on my chest i cant get my wrists back under it to lift it up.

CFWU-2. Superman. Burgener. Extended DU work.
145,155,165,175,185,195, failed once at 205, once at 200.
Frustrating. Should've gotten stronger on this since last time. Tech may have been suspect on later attempts. Tried to focus on tight stomach, staying on heels.
