That is the coolest crossfit trick I've seen yet!
God Bless Steven and his Coach! Great stuff!
Would you consider that crossfit or physical therapy
Well done Steven. Keep up the good work.
Warm regards,
Scott
Great video! Thank you very much. I'm going to have to share this with my mother who has a lot of similar issues. I would love for her to start CrossFit at the box near her home. Unfortunately, I'm quite far away and I'm not sure how to encourage her to go and get started. Thank you again.
Wow! Thanks for getting our picture up. My wife and I missed each other for the holidays, but after a long year we'll finally be back to working out together about a week from now. This was a good morale booster after having spent Christmas apart for the second time. Thanks and God bless.
Adam, awesome picture! It was fun times at KAF and good to meet you. Glad everything is going well.
The video was absolutely touching; thank you for sharing.
In Christ,

Go Steven go. Wonderful attitude, impressive results.
@7, Allan, Thanks man and I hope you had a great Christmas. I learned a lot from you when you were out here. Good times!
Do yourself a favor and watch the Steven Ritza video! If it doesn't inspire you--regardless of what your CrossFit goals are--then you might want to check to see if you actually have a pulse.
Amazing, Steven; keep up the hard work and never lose sight of your goals.
Blessings,
James
Made up yesterday's J.T. this morning. Results posted there.
Steven-great story. Keep working towards your goals. You are quite an inspiration.
Thanks for sharing your story with all of us.

I've attained a similar photo of myself by supergluing a kettlebell to the ceiling, then hanging off it one-handed, then turning the photo upside-down
Steven- Your story really hit home. I also had a stroke 1.5 years ago, however not as extreme as yours. 55 and an engineer and my left side was paralyzed.
Crossfit and my coaches/Box have been the main reason for my on going recovery. Please stay with it, and you will not stop making progress toward your goals. Being surrounded by positive people and the crossfit environment is fantastic for rehab.
You are an inspiration to me and many others, and you are not alone. thank you.
Love the stone article. My 5 year old son and I talked about Fforde's stone. He thought it was awesome. There are a few trails outside if our house. We may try it with a 5 year old size stone. What a great idea. Thanks!
Made up JT today, but could only get the 21 and 15 sets in. Shoulders were jello and couldn't get the 9 set in. Should I have scaled down?
So proud of you Britt and your awesome husband. Keep on rocking here at CrossFit 201. Looking forward to meeting you soon Adam Storms!
Wow. I amazed by the photo of the husband and wife. I just saw his comment and am sad that they missed out on the holidays together, but I am excited that they will be back together soon! What an amazing love they must share! <3
Thank you, brother in arms, for serving.

What a great video. Steven you are a fighter and great inspiration to all of us. Thank you for sharing your story. I'm sure that you will reach your goals with your attitude.
You are a true Crossfitter.
So proud of you Adam and Brit! I still stand by my orig comment- Brit looks more graceful! See you in hawaii! Such a power couple
Thought the video was an excellant motivator for anyone thinking CF is to hard. Shows we can scale for anyone and we all have our own goals and reasons for pushing ourselves. Keep up the good work and thanks for the motivation!!
