This is the first major holiday I've experienced since starting CF. Wasn't sure if HQ would post a WOD for Thanksgiving or call it another rest day. Good call though posting a workout anyone could do anywhere. I might just be in the basement tomorrow morning hating burpees once again.

Terrible! First time I've tried 'endurance' burpees -- never gone more than ten in a set before. Having a target to jump at made it a bit tougher, as it stopped me 'cheating' the second half of the rep. Managed to hit ten a minute with ever decreasing recoveries, from around 12s to -1s!

86 or so... I'm terrible at counting burpees, I say the number at the bottom of the movement then again at the top, so I often worry that I'm double counting them or under counting.

First time doing this w/o. Finished 70. Would have only been 50 had my boyfriend not pushed me. This one HURTS!
I thought it was interesting to note that the guy who got the most in the WOD demo started out the slowest of everyone. Slow, steady work capacity.
In the spirit of Kstar's MWOD Fight Club Social Pressure Drill: that's chicken necking in that picture - everybody do a burpee.
Seriously, with all the talk of CrossFit and technique, they still put up pictures like this.

Basically we were watching video of some world class lifters Deadlifting some serious weight and the woman in front of me asked why it looked like some of them had rounded backs.
