Thank you, Coach, for enduring the hassle, expense and drama to regain complete control of this program that is so important to so many of us. I'm sure you've already taken care of this, but I also hope you've got a plan in place to ensure that control of CF is never again vulnerable to takeover and/or exploitation.

Comment #43 - Posted by: Bill M. m.48.5'3"/135 at November 16, 2012 6:29 AM

@ #21 Rob M, I second your statement very strongly!

Comment #47 - Posted by: bruce at November 16, 2012 7:54 AM

I don't usually chime in on topics, but I thought that the topic of Coach Glassman being sole owner warranted it. Congratulations Coach. I have met you a few times and always a pleasure. I would say that with this comes a great deal of responsibility... as I KNOW you understand. I wish you the best and hope that you are able to maintain the ethical and moral integrity of CrossFit. We ARE more than workouts and I hope that we maintain that mentality. I hope that WE continue the charter to lead by exmaple and to not follow. That does not mean that we can not learn by others, but that we do not blindly immitate. We are so diverse and feel that like the USA that is probably our biggest strength. That we can draw from so many sports and their methods of training, etc. We can go heavy and short, we can go long, we can be technical, etc. All of these facets coupled with our communal attitude both local community and global is what gives us a leg up. We can always learn, we can always develop, we should always have FUN, and be fit in doing all these things.
best,
Anton

I have lived, eaten, slept and breathed CrossFit for the last 4 years since we at CrossFit Plymouth UK affiliated. My life has been enriched by the people that have walked through our doors and I have had the privilege of coaching. I have seen athlete's go from members to coach's to Regionals competitors. I have shared laughter, blood, sweat and tears with some of life's brightest shining stars. Before CrossFit my life was in the hands of corporate gym owners, since CrossFit my life and success is in my own hands. It pays the bills and provides the thrills!

Coach, I thank you for this opportunity you gave me. And now thank you for the many happy years to come. Good work!

Bill M, #43,

The day the wire transfer was made we put one of our legal teams in AZ to the task of protecting us against the "lightening strike scenario".

Should something happen to me CF Inc. will become the property of my staff.

In the months and years to come we will build the trust that will carry CF forward for a thousand years.

Thank you, Everyone.
