I was at the event and had the honor of judging many of the athletes, including the lovely - and hard - Kendra Bailey. Hell of an athlete and wonderful young lady. All of our warriors there were truly inspiring. Great event, Chef.

As a new box owner, I am so excited to hear this news. Congrats to Coach and all who helped with this monumental victory!

I don't usually chime in on topics, but I thought that the topic of Coach Glassman being sole owner warranted it. Congratulations Coach. I have met you a few times and always a pleasure. I would say that with this comes a great deal of responsibility... as I KNOW you understand. I wish you the best and hope that you are able to maintain the ethical and moral integrity of CrossFit. We ARE more than workouts and I hope that we maintain that mentality. I hope that WE continue the charter to lead by exmaple and to not follow. That does not mean that we can not learn by others, but that we do not blindly immitate. We are so diverse and feel that like the USA that is probably our biggest strength. That we can draw from so many sports and their methods of training, etc. We can go heavy and short, we can go long, we can be technical, etc. All of these facets coupled with our communal attitude both local community and global is what gives us a leg up. We can always learn, we can always develop, we should always have FUN, and be fit in doing all these things.

so I proved the nickname for 'Linda' today.

started as RX'd with 295lb deadlift, 195lb bench, and 155lb cleans. Only got 2 rounds with that deadlift weight[would have killed me if I had stuck to that so I Cut my deadlift back to 255]
Completed it 40:12
