Miranda is a beautiful beast! I'm not looking forward to a recovering neck surgery patient destroying my time, but what can you do? She's Miranda Oldroyd! Inspirational.

Done in my apartment, not enough space for med ball running.

Seven rounds for time of:
75 pound Thruster, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
250m row

19:04

I'm afraid rowing 250m was faster and easier compared to running with a 20 pound med ball. Nice WOD anyway. All exercises unbroken. The thrusters weren't too bad, the hardest part was starting the T2Bs out of breath.

But in keeping with this being the time of year we celebrate our veterans, and remembering the heroes we have lost and being a veteran mysyelf i decided not to do todays WOD.
