Oh yeah! Looking forward to this one... See ya bright and early Old Schoolers!
Miranda is a beautiful beast! I'm not looking forward to a recovering neck surgery patient destroying my time, but what can you do? She's Miranda Oldroyd! Inspirational.
Yeah Miranda! That's amazing. She's so awesome!
I have a feeling that everything will look easy when compared to "Clovis."
Congrats Miranda!
What would be a modified for Toes to Bar?
Once again, Im looking for an exercise modification for the hanging feet to hands if I do not have a bar to hang from, thank you (desoto tx)

I'm afraid rowing 250m was faster and easier compared to running with a 20 pound med ball. Nice WOD anyway. All exercises unbroken. The thrusters weren't too bad, the hardest part was starting the T2Bs out of breath.

22:50....Great WOD. I was still sore from Clovis, but pushed through!
23:00..done at a "globo gym" with two flights of stairs to get to the track. Also had a random guy yelling time and pointing to his watch which was pretty awesome actually. Definitely helped me run the stairs faster with him yelling!
