Comment #6 - Posted by: Michael at November 2, 2012 10:21 PM

My guess is the shooter pictured is working on the two targets on the right with the 45 pictured. They each have similar groupings and look to be similar caliber. As do the top and bottom targets on the left that look like a smaller 9mm or something similar...or maybe the same shooter just using two different weapons.

As rx'd 7:05. Round 3 double unders were terrible. Slowed me down.

Comment #59 - Posted by: Kurt M/39/185 at November 3, 2012 6:39 PM

On the slo-mo dblunder noticed the hands slow while the feet contact the floor. My gut is that this may be common - my recollection is that many vids of games level athletes would indicate this sort of 2-1 cadence. So is foot speed the limiting factor? Could this be reduced by doing single leg jumps? The hands would never slow and the feet would alternate?

I think it would have been a good idea for Zepeda to read one of the Federalist Papers with his jar of peanut butter each day.

Two mess ups on DU in first round. Other than that unbroken with quick transitions.

As rx'd. About a minute slower than last time which reflects my lack of WOD's lately.

OHS not too bad. Caught in snatch. Still need to float arms better & land narrower. Fair amount of trouble w/DU, esp middle round. Couldn't get hand positioning right.

Used 45 kg for OVS. That seemed appropriate for me to get good range of motion.

Good solid WOD. Did the OHS from the rack. Shoulders were already shot, but still gave it my best shot. Had to break-up the last set of OHS and double-unders. 5:36 RX'd :D
