Kids are the best weights. As they get bigger, you get stronger. I often use my kids to help with weighted pull ups and weighted press ups. Unfortunately because it's a narrow doorway, they fight too much when I ask both of them to hold onto my legs.

No gym, no nothing. Modified "Annie" by adding push ups between dbl unders &sit-ups. 50-40-30-20-10. Time - 18:48 in nearby park.
