IMHO, if you're push pressing before the final reps of the last set, you need to scale. Go 95 lbs for both and just burn it out.

Is this an 8 round of tabata or a 16 round? I realize it's 8 rounds but then they gave two exercises meaning 8 rounds of both in an alternating fashion or 8 rounds and they showed the firt two?
@26 - 8 rounds... just ignore the fact that it is in Tabata intervals = 8 minutes of working where you do "4" exercise in each round, 2 of them just happen to be sucking wind rather than a movement ;-)

Looks like fun but my rack position sucks and that will be key here. Just started Crossfit a couple of months ago and havent got it ironed out yet (advice?).
I am running mon-fri schedule and will have to wait till one of next weeks rx rest days to try it. I cant do that weight yet but I've lost about 100 lbs over the last year (just eating paleo, no crossfit), so I believe firmly in progression especially starting from way behind.
The scores I see people post are inspiring and mine arent as impressive but they are my best and I have to start somewhere.

The way I understand is to do the hang PC for max reps in 20 sec, then take a 10 sec break. Then do the PP for amx reps in 20 sec, then a 10 sec break. Repeat until all 8 rounds are comlete.
