Hiking Mt. Sherman in CO. Great rest day! Woo hoo!
There couldn't be a more accurate article!
I only wish I had the ability to get back the 3 minutes I spent skimming this ridiculous article. I may need to penalize myself further by doing 100 burpee pullups.
Mr. Greg Glassman is an amazing person. He should run for President of the United States...
From one Greg to another, thank you sir- for being true to your vision and affording us all the benefit!
Great vid & so true. KB swings have improved my performance! :P
No more sex articles please. Keep it classy Cali.
30 rounds for time of:

When the guy says he "Fs" like he Frans I wonder if that means hes sub 5?
Who says selling part of the company for a huge premium is a bad thing? And who says that a new business partner needs to disturb or 'optimize' the status quo? Why not diversify into bricks/mortar teaching and certification clinics? Movement Doctors? Extend on the current crossfit movement to Make what we know as physical therapy as obsolete by apply the rx to more populations. Expand into a certification society and/or auditor of occupational or sports human resources physical preparation processes. In my day job i see how our gpp is really hurting the economy. Why not use the extra capital to stretch AND KEEP THE AFFILIATE MODEL AS IS. UNCHANGED. See bureau veritas or noble denton or abs. They are essentially the same thing.
Nothing says elite fitness like a ridiculous sex survey. Silly....

My previous time was 10:35. My new goal was sub 10. Got it! New goal sub 8:00. I know, sub 8 for you super-studs is no biggie, but for a 40 something procrastinator its not bad.
to #12
haha, that actually had me laughing. good one.
Ahem. just wondering what happened to the Classical music and nice literature that used to be posted on Rest Days. I liked to read it, and I listened to all the music. Just because we work out like animals does not mean we shouldn't enjoy the more sophisticated things in life.
This is by far one of the best pics I've seen on the main site. It says it all. Leaving everything on the gym to finish the workout and your young daughter checking on you as you catch your breath. Why can't you post more like this. Fitness and family!!
