@17. I have recently completed my first bar muscle-up and found that checking the technique from You Tube videos helped. Good luck, getting it the first time made my week.

@ Matt;comment 17: Performing a muscle up depends on how much upper body strength you have and your ability to perform a motion to get up there. I was able to perform one the first time i tried, but i have noticed that if im tired or don't perform the correct motion its a heck of a lot harder. Work on you kipping (Swing) to get up. All 500m rows < 2 min. Pleased to do 95# ss. Trouble w/alternating feet (spaz me). Decent form though final rep ugly, tweaked back. Foam rolling after. Last set of mu prog ugly cuz Smith bar bogarted.
w/u – 30 sec Samson, 7x push-sit-dip-50# kbs, 3 x 250m row, split snatch x3 @ 45-55-65-75-85, 400m jog (foot issue); 9-7-5 for time 50# kbs + dips = 1:35
