regarding the 'quality control' the guy mentioned in the "myth of the boogieman" vid, ive come across a few affiliates that are just lacking in serious experience, talent in coaching, or passion for really mastering technical expertise of the more dynamic movements. especially with oly lifts. and some affiliates that like to experiment and innovate with wods/programming that maybe should figure out if it works for themselves and others before they try and coach it to the lesser experienced athlete. someone should start a website thats like a yelp for crossfit affiliates

I noticed all the kids have their hands externally rotated instead of pointing straight ahead like most people do. Interesting.

Here's an inspirational article from a local newspaper (link is WFS):

Kelli trains at one of the smaller boxes in the area...just goes to show us that sweat equity beats square footage every day of the week, and twice on qual days. Go, Kelli, GO!

Great, CrossFit is making Kenyans even better athletes. Now we'll never win the Olympics again.

I love coach Glassman's down to earth views, and I never get tired of listening to this man speak. A true modern day philosopher.
