It says, 'each for time' - does that mean everyone should be posting 10 sets of times for this one?

Comment #25 - Posted by: Tristan at June 16, 2012 1:17 AM

Might be a dumb question, but do we stop the clock after the sprint is over with? It looks like it on the demo, but I just want to clarify. TIA

@ #22 Tristan, I am new at CF, only my 3rd WOD, but I think it means to do all 10 rounds & time is for total. At least that's how I understood & did it.

somewhere in the "Videos and Demo's" section there's a clip "Playing around with Pistols" or something like that with Boz doing all kinds of crazy weighted pistols. Worth a search.

Oh yeah...if I'm competing in Carson I'm paying very close attention to "random" Main Page photos.

As Rx'ed...15 pushups, then ran to the near olive tree and back. Averaged 30 sec/round, doing knuckle pushups...either I'm really slow, or the run was longer than 60 yards. Still a good pump, but not a debilitating workout.

So, it seems there are quite a few folks that know these incredible ladies.

Can they actually get back up from there with the weight? Looks like they're sort of holding it at the bottom...and then going to drop the weights. That's what I would have to do from that position...

As Rx'd, all pushups unbroken, used every bit of the 60 second rest. ~20 seconds/event

total running time was 12:32; 9 min of rest, 3:32 of activity equals 212 seconds/10 is about 21 per. Gasping after about 3 rds, good fast no equipment workout.

Push-ups determined most of the time variance. Had to start breaking them (10-5) in round 5. In the last few rounds, I had to take multiple breaks, and the last 5 in each set were painfully slow. Runs felt pretty good - sprinted but kept the throttle just shy of 100% to make sure hamstrings were okay. Last few rounds, my stride felt a little choppier, as it was hard to cycle effectively. Fun WOD, and not as painful (even in the heat) as I had anticipated.
