Good video, looking forward to this WOD after mountain biking tomorrow!
Where does it say touch and go on the wod?
What's the recommended rest between sets?
What is the recommended weight for cleans m/f and rest time between sets?
Just did this Wednesday.
75-85-95-100-105-110(f)-105(f)
Will probably do Friday's in the morning.
I'm starting to think Annie Thorisdottir may actually be the daughter of Thor. Amazing!
Did the above as power cleans.

@ #5 the recommended rest is about 2-3 minutes.
i agree with keeping up with the times on the regional workouts as wr time but these records keep getting broke because the athletes have had what 3 to 4 weeks to prepare for these wods. they need to have everyone do them during the same week so they don't have time to practice them then you will not see all the wr breaking times every weekend. just my 2 cents.
I have limited weights in my possession, so I made up the difference. I did 3 x 7 touch and goes at 115# with a 30 sec rest between.
@ comment #12 Why wouldnt they train 3-4 weeks beforhand!!! Of course yhey would....you wouldnt see olympic swimmers not train before their meets so why would you expect these guys and girls not train! Thats just stupid!!

Good thing for you it's memorial day!!!
Song title and artist from the WOD demo? Thanks
@Comment #7: She is Thor's Daughter. Thats how they name their children in Iceland. Thorisdottir actually means daughter of Thor. Just not the God of which you are refering.
I am really working on good form so kept the load a little lighter today:

Did quite a bit of warm up with particular focus on the hip flex and technique with just the bar. The 185 at 3reps was a pr. Felt good throughout getting under the bar, but getting out of the full squat was the hardest part. Last round with 205 broken into singles, and on the last two my thumb got around the bar which distracted me in the squat. Made it through the first time that happemed, but on the third rep, I had to drop when I was still in the deep squat.
Finished off with 5 reps x 3 at 115 to end on a high note with some smoother technique.

235 -- not touch and go, got 2/3 attempts
Put some good work in today. Touch and go with heavy cleans is tough - if you slip out of hook grip, it's a real bear to get back in. Lost concentration on 225, should have had that one. 230 was a real struggle. I actually got under the 3rd rep on 230, but I was fully compressed in the front squat, and there was no way I could stand up with the weight. On the last set, I decided to see if I could get 3 reps @ 235 if I didn't do touch and go. I missed the 2nd rep - again, just a bad 2nd pull. I had to fight big time to get the 3rd rep - pretty beat by that point.
