Why don't you people pay attention to things that actually matter, like the video by Harvey Barnett. It just boggles my mind! Get a life people!

Rest Day = massage day.

Too little, too late.
Had this poster been mailed to us 3 weeks ago, we'd be hanging it proudly.
Wow, that was an awesome video...
Are we gonna get the new poster as affiliates - this one is way better !!!!
Nice poster... thank you for making a new one.
Today as I take my two toddler boys to their ISR lesson, I will think of you Harvey. You are a true hero in every sense.
Every human being should watch this video, twice.
Way to go Harvey and way to go Crossfit!
So do you have to do the Burgener warm up on rest days? I'm so tempted!!!
Very Nice Video... I still want to see "...The Fat Man" though!

what do you guys think of this work out I made:
5 rounds of:
20, 35lb KB swings

---> feedback would be great
Continuing the CFSB with mas.
Shoulder press, 5 X 5 today.
Thank you for posting Harvey Barnett's story. It reminded me of a poem, often attributed to Ralph Waldo Emerson, that my father is fond of reciting and I share in the spirit of rest-day reflection.
To laugh often and much;
To win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
To earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
To appreciate beauty, to find the best in others;
To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch or a redeemed social condition;
To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
Yes, Harvey, I think you have been successful.

Thumbs up for the new poster!
Woah, when older dudes get choked up, I get choked up. Nice work Harvey.
That poster is SO MUCH BETTER!!
Why rest day?..."crossfit total"
I see you guys may have changed the poster. We received one at our gym and it made us all embarrassed to be part of CrossFit. Little sick looking kids being pulled in a wagon, one hooked up to a dialysis machine, it was very disturbing and very embarrassing. This one is much better.
