Go, Greg, Go!
Keep making this world a better place, one person at a time.
I'm a big fan of the Music and Articles we had on Rest Days, truth be told it helped me pass the time at work. It was also great to listen to the music at home while I was doing simple tasks. Political or not can we get these back? Sure we could do the work ourselves in finding them, but the variance produced by Pukie allowed for reactions to be produced positive/negative that stimulated our minds.
hi,gud to c u have made it to kenya. Welcome to Tanzania.where u'll find Mt Kilimanjaro, highest mountain in Africa.
Proud to say i am a Crossfitter.
Cool! Now we can add to our repertoire of functional lifts, the goal of carrying half our bodyweight on our heads! "every day women in the Kenyan countryside walk distances of over 20 kilometers to collect water, food and firewood. They can carry more than half their bodyweight on their heads, and, as they push themselves to the limit, they keep a tradition alive in which their gender defines the burdens they bear." -- Colors Magazine
HQ - How can volunteers get involved in helping with this? either through physical labor, or donations?
so...what is the process for adding a hero work out in a fallen hero's name? Gary Vasquez needs to be represented....and it needs to make you cringe...we called him Angry V...for a while there was a bar named after him in Fayetteville NC. I'd like to remember him by hating it when its time to do his name sake workout.
What an inspirational video. A humble and powerful humanitarian. He realizes that part of true fitness starts with the brain.
Hey guys, long time member of the community but not a usual poster. Crossfit is an amazing support county for Leo and military. Just want to say in addition to the WOD today (I'm a few behind, overhead walking lunge burpees day) I would like to submit a tribute WOD. Yesterday after lifting in the gym with me and finishing his shift Officer Paul Kauffman passed away in his sleep at the age of 59. He was a great guy and a great officer. EOW: 4.5.2012
4 rounds
- 5 over head press 135#
- 20 plyo push ups
- 12 jump squats

I have never been more proud to be part of such a great community. Thanks Coach!
Great work Coach. It's awesome to be a part of this community.
Paul Kauffman was one of Secret Service's finest. He was a great guy and he will be missed at the house.
What happened to the motivational quotes every other day?

I was fairly close to making it to the Games as a Masters entrant. It was very satisfying to be in great shape. But THIS is more important; improving the soul&spirit. Well done Coach G. And the timing is good too - Easter. God Bless
Did yesterday's run - k2e - twinkie wod. Results over there.
i am humbled by this. i commit that i, as a crossfitter, will continue to do my part in this beautiful evolution that is materializing before my very eyes...onward, my friends, onward!
Inspired gift for a life time, just like CF.
Maybe you could start a fund to collect donations to further this.
