To the Burgeners, thank you for showing how it is supposed to be done. Epic times but more importantly, amazing form with heavy weight at high reps! That is how it is supposed to be done! No PR this year. Was moving more slowly today for some reason. Strange, because I was going right from cleans into jerks (no re-bend)...maybe I was lowering the weight more slowly. Anyway, did same as last time, first 15, then 5, then 10 singles. The last 10 had me pushing the needle pretty far into the red. Halfway split this time was 1:00, compared to 0:53 last time. Maybe try a more thorough warm-up next time.
