love the looks on the dogs faces !!
All those shirtless men, has crossfit forgetting that young women come to this site too? What environment are we raising our children in? It should be like god intended, naked at birth clothed from then on out.
Great poster and great video.
Surely if Matt Welch had cared to he could have come up with something more interesting to say about the "Occupy Wall Street" phenomenon.
So some occupiers are complaining about their student debt (on something called a "Tumblr page"). Really, some people on "Tumblr" are complaining about taking on student debt? Who cares?
So Ron Paul wouldn't walk down the aisle with these folks? Agains so what?
Welch has missed the point that what the occupiers are bashing isn't capitalism (because they haven't lived in a time to experience and know it) but corporatism. This leads me to wonder whether Welch is really concerned with defending corporatism, while styling himself as a defender of capitalism.
Annie !!!! We must be the most fortunate CF gym on the planet to have you as a trainer. If any of you are ever in Santa Cruz you have to come see her. Bring your A form...it's required.
Awesome... how can I sand you a picture?
In my honest opinion, Annie S. is one of the greatest CF athlete ever!..regardless of CF games results. She exemplifies what CF is all about. She is a role model for all CF athletes and followers, with her positive outloook, her demeanour and her genuine love life personality. She is one of the original firebreathers, one of the three flying ladies, and she truly is an inspiration for all, especially me...Thank you Annie S. for what you have done for CF, and continue to be a positive role model and influence for us all!..
Love the Overhead Squats...great pic great vid! Go Annie Go!
Suggestion, can we have a hero workouts for soilders of other era? Like those of the 101st Airborne. Yes, Band Of Brothers is one of my Favorite movies but I was just thinking there so many heros from the past history that also give us the privilege to be Americans! Here is a quote to think about.... When they died, these men traveled up to the gates of heaven. Once they met God, one soldier looked up and said "We've done a lot of things we're not proud of, even more that you won't approve of, so if you decide to send us to hell, we're OK with it." God looked at the soldiers, then turned to the gatekeeper of heaven, "let them in," God ordered. The gate keeper, confused asked why. God turned to face the soldiers as he answered,"Because these men just came from hell."
RIP Easy Company.

I have I say that was so ready for this rest day. I skipped the last rest day and used it to work hard on some double unders so this one is sweeter than usual.
Annie Sakamoto!! Crossfit Hall of Famer! I remember seeing a video of her around the 2000-2001 time frame and being blown away!
On my current 2:1 program, no rest day today - did Tabata Fight Gone Bad for score of 37. Details on Thursday's board.
Hey, that's me on top of Baldy Mountain, 12,441'. I started CrossFit about a year before leading a crew of 16 year old scouts on this trek and give the program all the credit for making it easy for me to keep up with them. Thanks Coach and Semper Fi!
There are some pretty gross overhead squats in that poster.
Will I look like a fool if I try to do the L Pullups on the Gravitron backwards?
