Did the dog guy say that dogs could be reading and writing? is he kidding? what a goofball
Praying for you & your family Zach.
#5- yes, I think he was kidding, they just wanted to make a funny movie lol ;)
Sunday Funday! Nice job Crossfit Lafayette!
I was hoping that wasn't really going to be about dogs...
Whos doing skill training? What are you doing? Maybe some suggestions for me please!
Love DogFit! Hilarious! I love the coned dog, poor thing, hahahaha
Took over 2 years, but we FINALLY made main site. Congrats CrossFit Lafayette!
Who needs a "rest day".....Pshhhh. I'm thinking that i'll do a little light dog fit tomorrow as an "easy day". Ha
Know what's funny about fat dogs?
Nothing is funny about fat dogs.
Eddy, you never call!
Wow, it took me until 1:22 in the Dogfit movie before I could say for certain whether or not he was serious. Of course dogs can't do CrossFit... no opposable thumbs Focker.
Awesome job, Bloodfart (Eddie Ifft)! This truly is Jason's calling.
1. Great piece on Zach
2. Praying for Zach and his family
3. More in the journal, really? Wow, that is crossing the line. I did not see that one coming. The community is better than that, but the enterprise obviously is not. I am embarrassed.
Must be a real honor to know Zach. That made a grown man cry. Nice work, HQ.
5K (to "mile tree" and back X3 + 200m)
wanted to sty close to home/on call for sick baby :-(
#18 -- agree with you across the board
Been DogFitting for six months with Scout (black lab). She's deadlifting 1/2 bodyweight. I just roll the bar over her neck and she arches up, but I still have to balance it. She's got paws off the ground pushups, great speed on repeating 100 meter dashes, box jumps, and jump rope - of course I twirl the rope! -sheesh! The "no opposable thumbs" thing makes anything with the bar or rings a challenge. We're just starting to work on a muscel-up. Are there other crossfitters who've come up with good subs for Oly lifts for DogFit?
I have Zach and the other Panther CrossFit bros back in Pitt to thank for my lifestyle, my occupation, and unique love/hate relationship with Old Crow. If anyone can pull through this, it's Zach Miller.
Keep fighting, buddy. You've got your friends, family, and a whole community pulling for you.
Hero "Wood" today

Prayers for Zach and his family.
As far as DogTown goes, that's some of the funniest stuff I've seen in a long time. Did you know that laughing realeases endorphins? And we all know how good that is. So please, stop taking yourself so seriously and laugh a little and benefit from it.
Def just inspired me for some new workouts I could try with my Dog! Can't beleive i'm only discovering the crossfit world now! News doesn't travel fast to Ireland!
zach miller--what a stud. keep fighting my friend. big shout out to my panther crossfit friends for all of your support for zach.
Awesome rest day!
15 min tempo run on treadmill at 7:20 pace.
Then worked squats.
New PR for 3 rep front squat, 115lbs! Body weight! Woo! Hoo!
And new PR for 1x rep for OHS, 105lbs.
Any great cues for progressing from single to double unders? Time to make the jump...

Semper Fidelis Zach - the whole community is pulling for you!
