Haha, nice shot!
I was piloting a jetblue flight when they would have been on, they don't let us have tv up front though- wish I could have swapped with you!
I've been to the "Von Eaglehausen" (the name of the garage gym that's featured in today's video) many times. Good stuff, good people.
Thanks Ryan! You're welcome to come over anytime.
What an honor to have the Von Eaglehausen featured on the main site! If you live in Bloomington, IN, you're more than welcome to drop by for a workout anytime. Just be sure to contact me first, haha!
Hey Chris, great photo of Annie! It looks like she's pulling that rope right through the seat next to you.
Thanks Ryan! You're obviously welcome to come back any time.
What an honor to have the Von Eaglehausen featured on the main site. Anyone in Bloomington, IN is more than welcome to drop by for a workout. Just let me know ahead of time, haha!
Hey Chris, great photo of Annie! It looks like she's pulling that rope right through the seat next to you.
Double PR today!
So great to share a cool experience with the community... can you guess which athlete is in the picture?!?
And also seeing "Tall" Karl Eagleman's Von Eaglehausen up close. For anyone who hasn't met Karl, he is as kind, talented, and motivated as he is tall and he is a BIG dude!
Stoked to share the day with you brother!
Sevan, watch your back jack we're coming for you! ;-)
Karl, great gym. Would love the plans for those plyo boxes. I was planning to make some myself, and I love the flexibility of the 4" increments. Thanks for sharing the video with us.
Great gym Karl. Great design on the boxes, you might want to patent on those. I'm down in Evansville, when does IU have their "garage sale"? Would love to get some equipment.
Great to see a fellow Hoosier featured today. Go IU!
Right on, Karl. Thank you for sharing.
Made up Wednesday's muscle-up/deadlift/ghd/run workout today. Results posted there.

New to this. Wondering if it is recommended to just do the WOD or if supplementation is recommended. Yesterday seemed a little light as far as load goes.
