"My brother (SF) introduced me to CrossFit 6 months ago when he came home. I'm 44 and have lost 50 pounds since then. I have never been in better shape in my life and I used to climb mountains. I feel so good I built a gym at our shop for all our guys."

For some reason the garage gym video is not working for me. Anyone else have that problem?

Comment #3 - Posted by: Greg S at February 18, 2011 5:11 PM

"Home Gym" video is not working for me either. I have tried Firefox and Safari; wmv and mov links. I just get 404-Not Found message.

Josh Rowe (or anyone with experience for that matter),

How do you like the Punch kettlebell from Rogue? If you have any experience with other bells, how do you think it compares? Specifically looking for a comparison to Dragon Door and/or Lifeline.

Great article on the human organ black market. I don't have television so I pretty much surf the internet in my spare time. The articles you post are by far at the top of my list as far as intriguing, thought provoking, and sometimes surprising.

I think when things that people are going to do anyway are forced underground it becomes much worse for the consumer and producer alike. Take drugs and prostitution for example. Everyone claims prohibition and cracking down on these things helps, but the same people keep doing them regardless of consequences and they have to seek help from sources that wouldn't be necessary if it were legal.

Think of how nice the prostitutes at the bunny ranch have it compared to women walking the streets that are drug addicted and abused by pimps. Everyone claims they are making it legal to help the girl, but in all actuality who are we really helping?

Love the rock wall in the home gym vid - that's pretty sweet. Anybody else notice that all of us home gym'ers seem have our own homemade wallballs? Somebody on the board here recently referred to theirs by the name "Lumpy" which made me laugh.

Great Garage Gyms! The rope build is great. I am working on mine off of my 14ft. deck. I enjoy these videos the most. I also enjoy a Saturday rest day with a cold beer in hand while typing this!

Where can I get those cool looking Reebok trainers with the mad sole? Are they a CrossFit special trainer? Can't wait till Reebok bring CrossFit world wide, about time it was moved out of the garage and into the main stream gyms.

Those of us who served with CPT Dan Whitten will forever be better men for it. May you rest in eternal peace, my brother.

I've skipped Eva every time it's come up. Does that make me a wimp? Probably...

PR on Annie by about a minute and a half, though.
