I think the other guys at my gym would look at me a little funny if i came and did fran with a camera running.

I almost didn't do this workout as for some reason I thought that in order to do 10 rounds, I'd have to do one round per minute ( but that would get me 20 rounds.) I started off and after two rounds I felt weak, hot and realllyyy not into it. I stopped, talked to my husband and realized that I was going twice as fast as I needed to.
New approach... do a round, take a minute rest and then the next... etc. This should get me close to 10 rounds and if you know you have a minute rest coming up, you can push pretty hard.
Worked for me.

100 - Alligator pushups - alternate foot in line with hand. Chin, chest and thigh touched and left ground together each rep (6:36)
50/50 - Suples Bulgarian bag round the body swings. Got tired and a little sloppy - sent my glasses flying across the room once! (2:38)
50/50 - red band lunges with band pulled as fast as possible across shoulder down past knee (trying to replicate a Judo throw) (3:43)
16:43 total time.
Rxd only 6 full rounds. Oh well tried hard good sweat wanted to pass out.

How can you have a "hang" power clean? A power clean starts from the floor. I realize you want to differentiate between the typical squat clean but in order to be a power clean you have to start from the floor.

power cleans are not necessarily from the floor. the term power clean just stands for any clean (floor or hanging) without bending the knees past approx 45 degrees at the rack position

Awful. This one hurt...a lot. Thrusters were fine, unbroken. HPCs got hard, I slipped out of hook grip in one of the later rounds and had to break the set - otherwise unbroken. Sumos were again the worst. These seem to almost never come up in Crossfit, and apparently I still suck at them. These were very broken, and on one rep I lost my grip at the bottom and hyperextended my thumb. Sweet.
Arms are trashed, legs are tired, and I'm just now beginning to feel back to normal. Please remind me to never do this one again!

I find myself resting far too long on many of these WOD's. I can't seem to get my breathing under control. I'm breathing so heavily that it's hard to stabilize these movements.
My other failure point is my forarms. The biggest challenge on the clean was keeping my hands on the bar.
