I want to use this WOD to improve my double-unders. Looking forward to it!! Any suggestions for better strategy of learning? I've watched the demos, several times, so I'll apply what I've acquired from those, but if anyone can give any extra pointers it would be highly appreciated. I can't freaking believe my eyes. I just recently discovered this Crossfit thing and I wouldn't believe anyone could do this workout without stopping and at the intensity to finish well under 10 minutes. Thought I was in okay shape but I am so far out from even getting close to finishing any WOD - but I love it and can't stop watching.

GHD sit ups massively scale up the sit ups when compared to anchored abmat sit ups. Doing double unders with a crappy little kid jump rope is a major SCALE UP too.

I like my jump rope but eventually the rope gets cut at the edge of the bearing. I would prefer to buy maybe a 10 pack of the ropes without handles to save money. My handles have threaded ends so I can put weights inside to make my wrists stronger and set screws to hold the end of the rope.
Never thought I would do so much rope jumping that I would wear out the rope. twice.
Anybody got a lead on rope in bulk?

About 4 minutes slower than my best regular Annie. This got tough in the round of 40, my hip flexors were really tired from the GHDs. Double-unders went fine, a few misses, usually at the beginning of rounds. Probably due to general quad fatigue from the GHDs.

Double-unders are finally coming more easily. I figured out how to time the jump better with the rope and not have to bend at the knees much. Saves tons of energy!
Sit-ups were what slowed me down actually. Could have gone faster on sit-ups.

Hunh, I thought I did it in 8 min last time, but its still a pr. Situps need to be faster and unbroken. Unbroken situps faster time, my DUs are really solid now, no issue there. My Rouge Burner Bar comes in the mail tommorow, man I cant wait to just rip up on the front lawn, and my neighbors think I do crazy stuff now.
