The couple that did crossfit looked like they were already in decent shape to begin with.

Other couples lost over 200lbs combined.

The crossfit couple was the least impressive of the bunch, considering where people were starting from.

Jason's form on burpees? Thoughts?

No disrepect, no way I'll be doing it that fast or that well.

Sorry Jason, zero burpee reps counted. Mechanics, Consistency, Intensity ? 1 out of 3 doesn't cut it

what's wrong with his burpees?? they look legit to me.

Comment #10 - Posted by: dustyg at May 19, 2010 5:46 PM

Looks like chest & thighs hit the ground with a clap overhead while in the air to me. What other burpee standards are you using to judge?

Comment #11 - Posted by: judgenot at May 19, 2010 5:46 PM

Do any of you guys do the Primal Blueprint Diet. I've tried Paleo before but I really struggled with it because I always felt hungry and tired. With the Primal Blueprint you get to eat higher fat meats but you put a little more emphasis on lower carbs than Paleo. I feel great from this new approach and my WOD's have gotten better. Just wondering if anyone else here does this Primal diet.

Comment #12 - Posted by: rob at May 19, 2010 5:46 PM

No way

Comment #13 - Posted by: Casey at May 19, 2010 5:48 PM

I agree. I'm not generally critical, and Jason is a beast but those burpees are horrible. What is wrong with them? He is doing the push-up portion of the burpee while leaving his hips on the ground, like a yoga stretch. I can't believe anyone is asking.

I wasn't revering to them being the most successful in weight loss, but rather physical form. All the other couples have their shirts on and look like they have lost "weight" rather fat and didn't gain an ounce of muscle. Losing weight is better than being fat, but I hate how the media hypes people like Jared up to be the epitome of a successful diet.

As far as I know Crossfit burpee technique just states chest and hips on ground and hands clap overheaad in the air. There are harder ways to do burpees but those are legit burpees. Props to anyone who can post a time better than his even with "crappy" form.

Thanks J Wann ! This is just me, but I'm getting a bit disillusioned by the posting of ridiculous WOD times, only to check out the vids and seeing a direct contradiction of the methodology as taught by CrossFit Instructors at Level 1 certs - i.e mechanics, consistency and intensity.

The video demonstrating the burpee standards state that the push up from the knees is a modification. The burpees Jason is doing in the WOD shows that the last part of his body leaving the ground is his knees. That's a modified push up.

It just seems to me that Crossfit is designed to have some standards of how lifts and exercises should be done, and they even post instructional videos on most of them. So why is someone a troll if they point out bad form?
No one argues that these videos posted with the WOD show some amazing athletes- but why do the workout in 2:55 with crappy form? Why not just do it in 5 mins or whatever and do the exercises properly?
To me it would be like posting a video of you running a 5k, with an amazing time... when clearly you only ran 4k.
Just my 2 cents.

Comment #28 - Posted by: PG at May 19, 2010 6:31 PM

The dragging hips on the burpees is what makes it seem a little weird. I agree hes repping the tired burpee form.

Either way of course he's going to get blasted for even the smallest error by everybody here, whether he was the WoD video or just a picture. But keep of positive critiquing everybody haha

Hi,
You cant take away from his awesome job with this WOD...but the burpees did look a little limp..
I wouldnt tell it to his face though!

Unrelated, lil help? I am sure I could find it with some research, but what is the row to run conversion? aka, how far should I row to equal a mile of running?

Unrelated also: I was looking back in the archives today at work. It is amazing to see where CrossFit started and where it has came. On the first few months of this website, there was an average of 5 posts or so. I quickly picked up though. Also, it took a few years before the kipping pull up was discussed. That is the big seller for me....the kipping pull up is so fun once you are able to string a few together. And when you can string 20 plus! Hooks you 100%

So for all the rest of you out there, refuse to be a flopper!

It's amazing to see all the superhumans do what they do best as we approach the games... y'all are really another species. 185# is beastly, let alone under 3 min! Will aim for 135# or 145# here, and under maybe 6 or 7 min. Have a great day everyone, good luck.

Comment #42 - Posted by: Slav 22/m/5'8"/155 at May 19, 2010 7:24 PM

I agree that the burpees aren't up to the standards on the exercises & demos page, but in my opinion, burpees are one exercise where focusing on form at the expense of speed and intensity is definitely counterproductive. I feel the point of the burpee is this: how fast can you get yourself off the ground? It doesn't matter how you do it, but just get yourself up. If Khalipa had the strength left to do a "proper" burpee, he would have. There's no unfair advantage to doing what he does, but it's just a natural result of pushing through when your muscles tire out.

I agree that it would help if HQ clarified their stance on the issue, but in every competition I've seen, these burpees would count.

Comment #43 - Posted by: ral at May 19, 2010 7:28 PM

Legit question (one I've wondered about for some time)...as intense as a workout like this is, is 2:55 really enough time to be considered a "workout"? I'm asking seriously. I know you get more benefit doing it in 2:55, probably, than the same work done in 10 minutes, but how effective is it overall?

Totally agree with PJ (#28) - are the wod's JUST a competition, or an actual workout in which form is key because it is what helps us achieve our goals? A 2:55 wod time doesn't inspire me; it just seems odd.

I, and most posters I've seen here, would row 2K to match a mile running. I sub rows for runs often; if the WOD is 400m run, row 500m, 800m=>1k, mile=>2k. Not so often on longer ones though. If it's a 5k run and I'm rowing, I'll usually row a 5k.

Comment #53 - Posted by: Josiah Ertz at May 19, 2010 8:21 PM

yeah i agree on the criticisms of the burpees...let me start off by saying jason is an absolute monster and judging by every video he's in, he also seems like an incredibly nice and humble guy, so stop saying people think he's a wuss bc they called out poor form on burpees.

the point of this workout is to put a particular training stimulus on the body, and i just don't think those burpees reflect Coach Glassman's intention of "40 Burpees" for time. when i see that time i think wow he is such a beast, that he did that workout in that amount of time...yet he did more like the majority of that workout in that time.

I also understand what ppl mean by saying intensity is the key but i contend that his perceived exertion would prob go up if he wasn't just chillin on the ground and rollin' his hips up. like that.

this is a training environment, and the time doesn't mean anything outside of what other ppl perceive is a phenomenal execution of this workout. the only thing that matters to his body is the punishment he put it through...so basically, do your burpees. correctly. or maybe we should include "floppies" or perhaps "yoga stretches" for time in the pool of crossfit movements

Comment #54 - Posted by: Mike Essman at May 19, 2010 8:22 PM

Since I absolutely hate burpees, I'm going to do them the "Jason way" and see if they suck any less. If they do THEN I'll complain that it was a poor video.

Obviously no one is doubting that Jason is a monster, however as some others have pointed out its pointless to complete the WOD in a undisciplined way just to achieve an out of this world time. For Crossfit to continue to become more reputable/legitimate outside of its affiliates their stars need to lead from the front and complete the WODs in a profitable and safe manner.

that means to break them up if you need to. you don't have to finish the presses before you go to burpees. you can do some of each until they are all completed.

for everyone commenting on the burpees
when i first started cf, i understood a burpee to be a 6 count movement. not flopping to the ground and hopping back up. after some time studying and understanding the methodology, i have come to the conclusion that the work being done is sometimes more important than the perceived technique. for example, purists would say that kipping is cheating or poor form because the pull-up isn't from a dead hang. but for our purposes, the fact that you get your chin over the bar is the goal...any way you can get there. just like these burpees. just my 2 cents,

Surprised people are in such an uproar about burpee standards with the Brad McKee video up. The guy has been doing CrossFit workouts exclusively for the last 4 months and is running a freakin ultra-marathon. These types of feats are what make CrossFit and CrossFit athletes so amazing. Not to take away from Brad's heart and grit, but this type of effort shows that nonspecific training can get you ready for just about any physical endeavor.

This seems to me a way bigger-picture topic than Khalipa's burpee technique

#44-Dated: The answer to your question is...Very Effective!

Each WOD has its own purpose. This one just happens to be an all out sprint. Imagine being in a fight for your life, you're gonna go all out for as long as it takes to win the fight. So in this case, your opponent is 20 overhead anyhow @185# and 40 burpees. Kick it's ass before it kicks yours! Good luck and go hard!

Comment #63 - Posted by: Danny at May 19, 2010 10:37 PM

I am in full agreement with #62. Brad's endeavor lends incredible support to the fitness theory that drives Crossfit at its core. More importantly, Brad exemplifies 'can-do' the attitude and mindset that I wish I saw more of- both from myself and from my peers. If I was in need of any inspiration at all, this video provided it. In my mind, Brad, his ultra-marathon, and The Disposable Heroes Project are iconic to Crossfit.

So many pf you are missing the point of a burpee.

The whole point of a burpee is to get your body as low as possible horizontally and then get it as high as possibly vertically in the quickest time.

Doing a strict pushup or flopping around is irrelevant, getting all the way down and all the way up is what's important, hence the standard chest touches floor/jump with a clap.

Comment #66 - Posted by: Aaron Wilson at May 19, 2010 11:35 PM

Great documentry have waqtched part 2&3 will watch the other 2 later.

My understanding on the burpee was jump minimum 2" of the floor, clap hands then get chest and hips to the floor and then return to full stand ensureing open hips. I belive how you get there is up to you. Im currently 140 days into a year burpee challenge and i use the above standard and belive me it aint easy, i always work on the assumption as this is a sport we aim to compltete as much work as possible in as least time as possible keeping in the guidelines. If you watch the mens final chipper @ the 2009 games alot of the burpees looked alot worse than khalipa's

What a lot of fuss about Jason's burpees!

Bad form for cleans might get you hurt; bad form for squats might get you hurt; bad form for pressing might get you hurt...

'Bad' form for burpees?? I don't think that's going to get you hurt. To my mind, if you touch chest and thighs to ground and end up airborne with hands overhead you have done the work. 'Tired technique' is often different to 'fresh technique' and it's usually slower too -- which I think it was in Jason's case.

Anyway, stellar job Jason.

everyone complaining about the guys form on Burpees should concentrate on their own workouts. This guys is doing his thing, his way. I use crossfit as my workout regimen but in the end it is my workout regimen and I am free to do whatever I want. If he likes his burpees that way, so be it. If they count it at the games then everyone will be graded to the same standard. I'm sure if they quit counting what he was doing, he would change his form to make it count. Quit worrying about what everyone else is doing and look to shore up your own weaknesses and improve on your own strengths.

Ahem...again with the form?

For the love of all that is holy, can we please have a little perspective? Please?

The burpee in the "exercises and demos"is a burpee designed to get the maximum amount of training effect in a...wait for it...training session. 1/3 of the 3-legged stool that is CF.

Jason, and all of the athletes in the SW Regional are competing, not training. The competition standard, illustrated in a post/link above, is specific. To do anything otherwise is not to compete. Thighs and chest to the deck. Thighs and chest off the deck. Leave the ground and clear the obstacle. Clap. Rinse and repeat.

In competition what you do or don't like is immaterial.

Will we have this every day we have a Games video?

Those Burpees are fine. The jumping over the parallette makes them better than the standards I've seen at competitions.
I agree that a strict burpee with a strict push up is harder. But a lot of us are or have been in the Army and have seen what can happen to a strict pushup in a competition (APFT anyone?). Since CrossFit is a sport - people compete against each other - the standards have to be reasonably enforceable and recognizable.
Its the same reason that you see "ground to overhead" or "shoulder to ovehead" as the standard instead of clean & jerk/power clean & jerk/snatch/power snatch. It eliminates a lot of the arguing about form - just get the task done.

Having said all that, I don't like burpees much but they still deliver a demanding workout no matter how they are done.

Did Burpees like Jason in the Video, Put a Dumbbell in the middle to jump from side to side.

When I did the WOD, Power clean and Jerk 15 reps out 20. What a WOD, less than a year ago 155 for me was Impossible.

YEAH, I know 155 is more than what I weight, I'll get there to 185 though. hopefully soon.

Comment #117 - Posted by: Nick at May 20, 2010 7:21 AM

Jason Khalipa is a phenomenal athlete but at what point did the burpee turn into a knees on the floor push up. Thats fine if your scaling start to finish or right from the beginning if you can't do a standard push up to maintain a high intensity. I find people are focused on times these days that they've lost focus on mechanics of movements they surely can do but just aren't thinking about it.

Comment #118 - Posted by: Vi at May 20, 2010 7:23 AM

Thanks to Jason for all the intensity he shows in these workout videos, and for being a CrossFit leader that sets the bar high. I think some of us need to quit drinking the haterade. But hey it's all good bruh while Jason is at games laying it down you can be in your basement perfecting your jumping jacks.

Burpees are a conditioning exercise, period.

Jason's "hit the deck, clear an obstacle" style burpees are actually more challenging, intense, and honest than the "standard" burpee that people keep referring to.

They are more challenging and intense because they go from high to low to high in less steps. Less steps means less chances to rest. They are more honest because the obstacle guarantees that there are no gassed, sissy jumps. The half push-up that he does is unnecessary and also a red herring for the form police--it doesn't matter.

Let's put it another way: See how many hit the deck style burpees you can do before, during the same set, you revert back to the "standard" burpee because it is easier.

GET OVER YOURSELVES! Aaah ha ha, very nicely said #119! Having competed in the sectionals and regionals on an affiliate team I can verify that Jason’s burpees are definitely legit. The standards they are using so far in the games competitions are; chest to deck; get up; jump over obstacle; clap directly overhead while jumping; repeat. He is training for the games...why would he focus on doing strict push-up burpees when they are not required and inefficient if one is going for time? He is working on keeping his intensity up and pushing his cardio, which this style of burpee does efficiently. He barely rests for 1 second during the entire set of 40 burpees…very impressive!

Did Lynne this morning instead - 5 rounds of bodyweight Bench Press for max and pull-ups for max. Wanted to fit in some extra pec work this week. Will do today's WOD this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

Lynne stats -
PUs - 30, 25, 25, 22, 20
BP 160# - 8, 9, 7, 7, 6

Total: 159. PR +31 reps over 1/18/2010.

Moved from 155# to 160# on the benching, because I'm at about 157.5 to 158 pounds now. Definitely noticeable, as my BP reps decreased... but PUs still went up, and my muscles performed well through all 5 rounds, which is new.

Have a great one everybody.

There's nothing wrong with the burpee. Look at the definition of the burpee before you talk smack.

I love how there's all these people that have been doing CrossFit for a couple months and think they can criticize everyone's form without understanding the requirements of the exercise, and without understanding the difference between a competition WOD and a daily gym WOD.

If you've been around a while, you know the difference; if you've competed you know the difference; if you just did 20 push press at 185 you know the difference.

Lots of sharpshooting today. Maybe a tinge of jealousy sprinkled in there too.

However, I agree with the distinguished Marine above. The point of the workout shouldn't be to finish as fast as possible without regard to proper technique. When you do that, you're no better than the guy at the gym arching his back and using legs to do 'biceps' curls or the dude doing 1/16 ROM squats just so he can stack on the plates to impress his workout partner.

That said: no problems with JK on the video. Sub 3 min time is outerworldly and his muscular endurance is very impressive. Well done.

I did this one twice because somehow I erased the time on my watch at the end of the 1st time.

1st time, on the 5th, 6th and 7th Push Press, I felt a "shock" or "snap" in my forearm, so I dropped down to 135#.

2nd time, I just used 135# - 7:24

The idea with Crossfit is to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains. The definition of work is force applied multiplied by the distance the force is applied. Whether you are strict and use your pectorals to push yourself off the deck, or slinky up, the center of mass is traveling the same distance, and hence the same amount of work is accomplished. To increase ones' work capacity requires intensity. There is always some trade off between form and intensity, with the balance being maintained with injury prevention. Great job Jason and everyone else who is not afraid to kick the intensity up a notch!!

As rx'd, 11:07.

I didn't push this one too hard - was just hoping to finish, so I took the burpees slow and methodical, squatting all the way down to try to save my shoulders for the overheads. Consequently, the burpees felt great - slow, but great. My strategy was, as soon as I had to break the overheads, I would do 2x the burpees, then back to overheads. Did all split jerks. Did them 6-4-4-2-2-1-1. The hardest part of this was lowering the barbell after each jerk. Took all of these from the floor.

Glad to have finished - this was a confidence builder for future WODs.

Pete #90,

Could be...could be...but Jason has been demonstrating "competition quality" versions of the Sectional and Regional workouts in order to assist in his own preparation for the Games (see various interviews, esp. the SW Regional live feed) as well as to show how the workout might go when a "firebreather" does it. There have been a number of videos of Jason doing this over the last couple of months. You will see a similar burpee technique at minute 44 from the Regionals.

As such I did not for a minute consider his video a fitness training video, but rather an example of a Crossfit competition video.

FWIW, the only thing that would make Burpees worse for yours truly would be if they were added to "Barbara"...

I would like to set the record straight regarding fallacies i've heard on here about Muscle and Fitness and bodybuilding in general.
Muscle and Fitness does not promote a machine-only, isolation fitness plan. They publish material helpful to bodybuilders wanting to make their bodies and big and shredded as possible.
They do NOT take a one-sided approach to fitness and routines, and have advertised crossfit workouts as another tool fitness enthusiasts can use to better their bodies as there is NO routine.
In their published workouts, they always make suggestions on how to better apply weight moves to athletics and daily life by promoting bodyweight exercises, uneven weight (i.e. sandbags, slosh pipes), and other useful hints.
It is very clear that Crossfit and Muscle and Fitness are different in their approach, but can't we all get along? Each style promotes fitness and better lives, which is the most important thing, right?

USMC0341 - Please stop with the combat deployment stuff. A lot of people here, including me, have done our time in the barrel, too. You're humping a pack (and my guess is I was doing it while you were in high school) has zero relevancy to the matter at hand. Congratulations. You've humped a pack and you're an 0341.

You believe Jason's form is sub-par for the burpee. Please elucidate why burpee form must be what you say it is? Let me offer a thought for the form purists that I've posted here many times before using an analogy and let's have a discussion.

First - form for form's sake means nothing, whether it's the burpee or the olympic lifts. CrossFit is after the physiological adaptation that results from the exercises and modalities we use. The perfection of the technique in exercise is of benefit only for (a) safety in execution, (b) efficiency in the movement thereby conserving energy for more useful work production, and/or (c) neurological adaptations from the muscle recruitment patterns. In other words, we're only interested in the HSPU for the adaptation it gives us - we don't anticipate needing to either (1) be a world class gymnast or (2) having to hold the Earth in its orbit.

Second, this argument has been had with respect to the oly lifts, as well. Mike Burgener and his progeny are outstanding oly lifters because of their years of work doing the oly lifts. they have undoubtedly also reaped the ancillary benefits of oly lifting that transfer over to more broad GPP pursuits. But neither you nor I is likely to ever have enough time to get to the level of technical proficiency that they have - thus, the question of the perfection of your oly lifting technique becomes a simple question of training-time for the return. Ditto for gymnastics movements. Neither you nor I is ever going to be able to do what my daughter can on balance beam. Just not enough hours in the day nor miles on my body left for that.

Apply this to the burpee and your argument begins to come apart at the seams. I agree wholeheartedly with proper form in executing a movement where safety is in issue or other considerations predominate (such as proper muscular recruitment patterns - i.e. habit - or technique days to increase movement efficiency, etc.) but this is a burpee we're talking about. The perfect burpee form neither leads to enlightenment nor any measurable increase in any of the ten categories of fitness that I can readily see. HOWEVER, increase cycle time has a number of training benefits.

It's arguable whether or not the burpee is even a safe exercise executed "properly". Search the old message board archives for a post by Coach talking about dropping the burpee from the CF stable of exercises and then think about bringing your feet explosively back under your hips with your hands on the ground and what that does to your L4-S2.

So, we appreciate you being here and as a fellow Marine, I appreciate your service, but please, try to frame your arguments on their merits and not by an appeal to your studliness as an 0341.

I believe Coach Glassman had a chalkboard video about a moth ago where he talked about how infrequent injuries occur from CF workouts even performed with "imperfect technique". I do not believe you can acheive proper intensity to induce performance adaptations while obtaining perfect form. I know I'm opening a can of worms here but if you look at bodybuilding, The first reps should be done with perfect form but as you fatigue say in the biceps curl, your form changes and you "cheat" the weight up by using your back to initiate the movement, allowing to push beyond "faliure". No bodybuiler or CF'er will obtain meaningful results by stopping when your form is no longer "Perfect" and as coach said injury is really a NON-FACTOR. Why? because as you fatigue you are no longer able to produce 100% of the force when you were "fresh" so though even you "feel" the intensity as higher the actual force produced is lessened and soon you can't perform another rep w/o resting. The potential for injury is greatest on the first reps when your strength is greatest and your form should be best then thereby negating potential damage.

My L-ankle injury didn't find this WOD too friendly. :) Would have preferred doing push jerks, but had to settle for push presses. Even with those, I didn't get much push into the press. This was in part due to ankle pain, but also due to a fear of my ankle collapsing under the weight. So those were a bit difficult/slow. With the burpees, I can't thrust forward/backward. So instead I placed one foot at a time. That was fine, but probably a little slower than doing it normally. Time aside, I was just happy to be able to do this at all. :)

As far as the form/technique argument goes, i think it is a funny argument. All the movements we do in crossfit are not defined by what technique or form you use. They are defined by RANGE OF MOTION. Its about getting the specified weight from A to B as fast as possible.

Now, I do agree that there is more efficient and less efficient ways of performing a specific movement. You can see clearly the fruits of good form and technique at the snatch event at the 09 games. We see guys who through awesome strength without technique fail to complete a lift because their snatch doesnt go any deeper than a power snatch. Then we got Jason Khalipa who with great strength and less efficient choice of movement, rocks the 155 c+j in 08. Which looked more like my 75# "pick up and thruster".

Until the judges at the games start judging technique and form, or you show me how a more "strict" burpee( reminds me of my fruity bodybuilding days) results in higher power output and more functional fitness, I am gonna mimick the huge dude in the video who crushes a wod in half the time it took me to.

Im gonna say you're 18? (It shows)
I would have said 6, but I think you have to be a certain age to be a Marine...

If you are as much of a badass as you think you are, then why do you have to brag about it? Real soldiers don't gloat; they are humble and appreciative. This is not a place for you to brag about your pack humping.

Keep in mind next time you post something on here, that in doing so, you are keeping company with individuals who have done more, seen more, and will do more than you have/will. We complete workouts in honor of people who have given their lives for this country, so keep humping your pack, but please don't share it with us when you do.

Give humility a try. It will make you a better person/soldier.

20 overhead (modified, wooden chair for her, wooden bench for me)

6 min 52 sec

we didn't have a barbell or weights, had to substitute

20 burpees is great for my wife and I as we both wanted to collapse at 10.

I'm 326-lbs, overly obese, trying to straigten my life out.

We had walked a brisk mile earlier, too.

BTW, my brother (former Marine) informed me that Burpees were invented by the Devil (also a Marine). haha.

So not looking forward to tomorrow as I hate running but looking forward to proving I can do it.

Did not keep time on this one. It would not have been good anyhow. Started off by setting a new Thruster PR of 165 Lbs. Thought I was gonna get 175 but did not drive hard enough with the legs. Still I am happy. Only made 8 reps at 185 then had to drop to 165. Still happy because 195 overhead is my PR.

I keep finding the little wins and know that I rather have 100's of little consistant wins than the few big ones that rarely come along.

Did 5-3-1-1-1-1 DL to finish my first CFSB cycle.

Then did this WOD scaled to 145#:
5:50.

wanted to partition them to:
4 rounds:
5 PP
10 burpees.
But after one round of that the burpees killed the push presses. From there i knocked out the rest of the Push presses, then did the last 30 burpees.
If I had just done all of the PPs first I Prolly would have taken a minute off my time!
I'll try this one again soon!

Man hat's off to Elyse - excellent work!

5:18 - 115# overheads, burpees with plank (no knees on ground) pushup, lateral jump over 6" high barrier and overhead clap.

Pressed out 115# for the first nine reps. That killed me for the rest of the overheads, but my ability to do push presses and jerks is limited by shoulder issues. Ground through the remainder of the reps with an ugly push press/press combination. Hideous.

Burpees were military plank style pushups....just could not bring myself to use my knees for the pushup. Too much pride!

For Time:
185 pound barbell, Shoulder to overhead, 20 reps
40 Burpees

Had to sub to 40kg, did Split Jerk and Push Jerks, just glad to be able to do burpees without any pain. Before did OHS and Snatch drops.

Time 10min 22sec

Good Fun

didn't read the part about partition as needed in any order. did 20 shoulder to overhead followed by 40 burpees

not sure if partitioning in any order would have sped up my time

done after 7x1 C&J and CF Total

Hi guys I just did my first WOD at my summer box, CrossFit Petoskey (Lake Michigan). It just wasn't the same but they also rneletcy moved into a new space and the peeps are friendly. They do pvc warm-ups together, do a timed-warm up, the WOD then a group stretch. It's ok, but it's not CFRX! Miss you guys.21-15-9front squats 55#burpeespull-ups11:00
