Received a month of CrossFit from my wife for my birthday this week.

She said "You're so hard to buy for, I didn't know what to get you."

I said: "Apparently you did. Yippee. Now how about a week's respite from the kale and flax-oil milkshakes?."

Comment #6 - Posted by: Prole at August 31, 2008 9:15 PM

The new CFJ looks terrific. I think I liked the monthly journals better, because it always seemed like I was getting a "present" whenever the 1st of the month rolled around.

Having them all at my fingertips, as they're published, kind of kills the high of receiving them as one big journal... but oh well.

Comment #11 - Posted by: xpi at August 31, 2008 9:31 PM

Amazing! This is great news!

Comment #12 - Posted by: Nick at August 31, 2008 9:37 PM

The new journal looks great. I love being able to read all the old articles. Great job guys!

Comment #13 - Posted by: Jon Rich at August 31, 2008 9:37 PM

Also:

Thanks to Brian MacKenzie, Rookie and Lisa Ray of CrossFit Flagstaff for both hosting a great Running/Endurance Cert this weekend.

I expected a bit more POSE work (there was a ton as it stood), as my ultimate goal was to perfect my own form. This was a naive expectation, because 1 day is simply not enough time.

The endurance and programming content was eye opening, and the majority of the group saw upwards of 50% increases in their running efficiency from one day to the next. I was not so lucky, as I'm a stubborn learner, but my POSE is halfway decent.

As my first brush with any sort of CrossFit certification, I can say that it still managed to exceed my expectations, both in the manner in which it was conducted, and in the content it encompassed. Other than the weather and lack of extra days to train/work on POSE, it was a terrific cert.

Thanks again to all who put it together and participated. It was great to finally meet some real CrossFitters!

I love the 10 ways to get kicked out of your gym list... Old School brilliance! (click "enlarge image") No wonder we all love Coach & Lauren. By the way, check this out...

I invented this thing called "Raiding" at big box gyms. We usually go to the local 24 hr fitness because I pretty much have a lifetime membership there and for an extra fee I can take one person in as a guest whenever I want. Surprisingly enough, this gym is pretty casual and kick back, more because the staff seem to always be sleepy and lethargic or indifferent than anything else. There's actually an Olympic lifting platform with bumper plates there, next to the stupid machines (really, no bull) because this guy named Jasha Faye used to have a competitive Oly team that trained out of this gym years ago.
So Roger (my business partner, the gymnastics guy) and I will actually go into the gym carrying rings, parallettes (sp?), 2 pood Kettlebells, etc, etc, etc. and run a CrossFit workout as conspicuously as possible. I've done Cindy, Grace, Karen, Fran (several times), Dianne, Elizabeth, Linda, Tabata SDHP, Tabata Thrusters, etc, etc, and Nate (did Nate with Roger, which is particularly conspicuous because Roger does free-standing handstand push ups on the Parallettes!) all in this 24hr gym. Well, many a time, other people workingout will actually completely stop what they're doing to stare. After it's all done, after I am able to get up, I hobble over to the nearest ones and say... "here's my card,.., here's my card,.. here's my card. Here's my card." Just one of the many gorilla-marketing tactics at your local friendly-neighborhood CrossFit affiliate. (Does this make me a bad person??) MMMuuahahhahaaa... =)

Long Live CrossFit!!

I like the new format of the Journal. Access to all previous articles is quite a perk! That’s a wealth of valuable knowledge at such a low price. Thanks!

Wow, very cool. Thanks Mr. Glassman. It will be nice to be able to log-in and read any CF-J article ever posted. I appreciate what you have done for the fitness community. Your generosity is commendable. Its why I volunteered at the 2008 games. My way of saying thank you in action.

Top Notch site!

Really good job with the whole site, love the features

Comment #21 - Posted by: Fredastere at August 31, 2008 11:18 PM

Per the 10-Day-Or-Less scheme I have done the following at my old gym...

A mix of day three and six: I deadlifted heavy one time and let the weight down a little hard, and was told 'If you cant do the weight, dont do the exercise' by the owner. I have since lost my membership because I called the guy a douche in an email.

And six and ten: I put chalky handprints on the walls and mirrors one day.

Anyway my new gym is good. No complaints so far.

Its the World Gym in Rockaway, NJ.

Comment #22 - Posted by: KevinT at August 31, 2008 11:19 PM

Great!
I'll have to take some days off from work to read all the articles :)
A BIG thanks to everyone who made this available!

Comment #23 - Posted by: Stamina at August 31, 2008 11:29 PM

Seriously? You've got to be kidding me?!?!? It's like Christmas came in September! I just signed up for the journal last month. Now I have access to all the archives!! I had been considering buying a couple of the archived journals. Now I get them for free!!! And yes, to me they truly are free. I paid $25 for all the journals going forward for the year. Now I get this bonus. Schweeeeet!!!

I am totally blown away by the CF community. Right now, I just work out alone or with my wife in our garage, but Coach has fostered a full-blown culture that anyone that's tired of being a weakling can be part of for free. Sure, there are a few fanatics that think training with gloves is taboo... (just kidding JroCk!!) He's like an internet missionary that's come to set us free from the bondage of mediocrity!

Anyway, thank you coach for making the most effective fitness method I've ever seen so easily accessible! I hope you're making some serious money because you obviously haven't been greedy with this program.

Great work w/ the 3.0

Anyone who's not currently a subscriber & doesn't immediately subscribe has no concept of value. I got my prized collect of CJF's because I went to a level 1 cert. Ladies & Gentlemen, you now get it for free w/a yearly subscription. "They're giving it away" is no longer an exaggerated sales slogan.

Thanks to everyone involved, making it happen!

Comment #28 - Posted by: InfidelSix at September 1, 2008 3:39 AM

I am new to posting, but have been a devoted CF'er since Feb...Daily I research technique and watch vids, read articles, etc...The WOD is what I look forward to each day!!!

Yesterday was the first day that I actually did a kipping on my home $14.00 pull-up bar!!! So proud of myself and the strength that has manifested from CF! Thank you for all your time coach and for the passion that everyone shares together in the CF world!!! Rock on!!!

I just started putting together our Train the Trainer program and this will help me to help them become better. Such a wealth of info, I can't believe it. Already subscribed!

Comment #30 - Posted by: Monique at September 1, 2008 3:47 AM

New journal idea seems excellent! This is my first time posting, but I have been diving everybody I know nuts telling them about crossfit for about 5 months now and will continue to do so until they all love burpees as much as i do now, Burpees yay! :0)

I have been "training" for 8 years on and off but looking back it all seems like a bit of a waste of time. The progress I have made with this system outstrips everything I have ever tried, I have gone from doing 4-5 pull ups to doing 2 reps with 45kg extra weight yesterday and clean and jerked my bodyweight the day before on top of that my 5k run has improved by more than a minute! I love the gymnastic elements and the olympic lifting and am officially "Crazy Workout Guy" at my gym now.

Just going to sort my subscription out now, thanks so much for showing me the light!

Comment #31 - Posted by: Mark Fraser at September 1, 2008 4:01 AM

OK, I have to ask ... what's with the posts every rest day from people who sound surprised that it's a rest day? We've rested every fourth day for at least 5 years.

Or are these posts always from people who just started less than four days ago?

:)

Comment #32 - Posted by: John Frazer M/42/185# at September 1, 2008 4:02 AM

My first impression of the new CFJ is that this is a HUGE step upwards. Cool look, very easy to search in the archives, great to suggest related readings.

Good job guys.

Comment #33 - Posted by: LeifurGeir/M/38/6'1"/195 at September 1, 2008 4:08 AM

I was just thinking the other day how it would be awesome if the journal articles were categorized, so if I wanted to read up on nutrition or programming, I could look through an index. This is perfect! I haven't had a chance to fully explore the new journal just yet, but it's looks like a great layout.

Comment #34 - Posted by: KWood (27/m/174#/6'3) at September 1, 2008 4:20 AM

A big thank you for free access the journal archive.
I'll never again have to buy a book or magazine!

Comment #35 - Posted by: gerard mcauliffe at September 1, 2008 4:25 AM

Just when you thought CF couldn't get any better! Love the new CFJ format.

Comment #36 - Posted by: Steve - CF Ocean City at September 1, 2008 4:35 AM

Well, once again CrossFit, Inc. has raised the bar. This seems to me to set the standard for the fitness industry as well as others interested in evidence-based and non-biased dissemination of information for study and critique. Contrast to the other "fitness" journals which are simply
"dog and pony shows" for the advertisers (ie "Muscle and Fitness"). Like the "evolutionary" (thought you'd like that analogy Nick) theories behind the fitness here, the online open source journal model is also a reflection of that paradigm as well. Just wish I had more hours in the day to catch up on the reading, good thing its raining today, can't feel guilty about not doing yardwork, LOL! Much appreciation to the continued "out of the box" thinking here that energizes me everyday.

Thanks for the rest!

One week in - love it. Just got to work on the diet.

Oh yeah yesterday, I put books and weights in my bookbag for the weighted pullups. Then I went for a 2 mile run because it was beautiful weather here in Jersey. Then i was like oh no - i'm gonna have to do like 60 squats or something today. So the rest is mucho appreciated.

Comment #45 - Posted by: Tony Blauer at September 1, 2008 6:22 AM

brandonE #43,

The monthly format is a relic from 2.0. Now we're going to publish the articles directly to the web. In September we'll publish something every few days (the queue is already full). By years end we'll be posting new articles/content daily.

Our commitment is to publishing the best fitness information, in quantity and quality, video, text, stills, animation, and audio found anywhere, ever.

It is the support of all of you that makes this possible. Thank you!

Comment #46 - Posted by: Coach at September 1, 2008 6:27 AM

#52 John Frazer:

I think that is people who are suddenly realizing that they didn't use proper intensity the previous round and thus don't need rest.

In my case that is intentional as I'm out the door for a day of cleaning (which could be easy or could be very crossfit, depending on what I'm assigned to - I hope it is the latter but I don't get to choose)

Comment #50 - Posted by: Henry Miller at September 1, 2008 6:48 AM

A great feature, in my mind, is that it seems to say articles will be posted/updated in real-time and that members can interact with articles individually. Great news.

INJURED!
Old nagging injury finally came back to roost. Right arm not feeling so good. Are crossfitters finding that injuries are few and far between? Just curious.
Love the system.

Comment #55 - Posted by: MarthaB at September 1, 2008 6:53 AM

I have to say I just LOVED getting a new issue every month.

I spend most of my work days in front of a computer, so I enjoyed the freedom of printing off the journal and reading it during some down time without having a computer screen in my face.

From what I see, say if I log in once a month, I'd have to individually save each article from that month to a pdf...

Any chance of getting all the published articles within a month packaged together in one downloadable pdf file?

New format looks great, especially the feature enabling a full search of archived issues.

Thanks!

Went to a new gym today and asked about the free weight room. Was told that it would be full of men and it would be very busy when I would be wanting to use it and that women did not usually go in there. Would I not be happier using the cardio room upstairs. Got the impression that the weight room was for men only.

Has anyone received their new username and password yet. Still waiting on mine. Signed up for CFJ about 2 weeks ago. When I tried to log in on the new site today the site stated that a new username and password would be emailed to me on Sept. 1, 2008 but have not received it yet.

I would appreciate any help with this as I may be missing something.

Thanks.

"Bored and lonely in the gym, I discovered Crossfit in December 2005 in the Men's Journal. My first WOD was "Angie" on 1/1/06...the WOD ensures that I'm never bored in the gym anymore. Every day in the gym I'm 'joined' by hundreds and thousands of Crossfitters doing the same WOD. I'm never lonely anymore because we're all working out together. My gym mates, my people, are HERE at Crossfit." --from an interview and multiple posts.

I run a small consumer service business in the medical field. I blatantly steal good ideas and good business philosophies from any and all sources. I crib ideas from Greg and Lauren Glassman and their team all the time. Here's today's prize: as long as there's to be a tomorrow what you are offering today won't be good enough. Man, just how deep is that well?

I also have a little on-going social science project, now going on 48+ years and hopefully only about 1/2 done--creating the best possible version of bingo. Mrs. Bingo and I had dinner Saturday with a college friend we hadn't seen for at least 10 years; telling all of the old stories again for the ladies' benefit reminded me of what an arrogant putz I was back then. It allowed me to see how far I've come as a civilized, socialized (or as my friend Dale says, housebroken) bingo.

Watching how Coach and Lauren continue to conduct their business, the complex interplay between their core generosity and this growing enterprise, how each new step always falls way onto the generous and kind side of the ledger is a metric that I use to measure my progress. Each new step along the Crossfit journey is yet another indication that these people are just different. Yeah, they're tough business people, fighters when backed up, and downright ornery when their friends are confronted. But if you've been paying any attention, any attention at all, each new business venture has steered away from the easy $$ and toward greater inclusion. Each move as open and generous as the last.

Well, let's just say today's announcement is one more indication of how far ahead Coach and Lauren are on that social science scale...

Thanks for today, 2.5 years of yesterdays, and whatever you're cooking up for as many tomorrows as we my be blessed to share.

Darrell

I love reading excited posts like Reno Ty and others! I believe the CF community and what Crossfit can do to shape lives, not just bodies, absolutely miraculous. I have seen people try every "type" of workout in the world, every diet known to mankind, and until coming to crossfit have yeilded zero results. Zero positive results anyway.

I have trained people that get as much out of a WOD, and all that comes along with it, (which is Coach inspired and God given) as they do from an AA meeting or an hour with their psych doc.

CROSSFIT IS LIFE CHANGING, MIND ALTERING and A PERMANENT VACATION FROM THE FALSE REALITIES OF THIS WORLD...

IF YOU HAVE THE HEART AND DESIRE TO PUT INTO IT!

Heart and Desire...

THAT is all it takes to change your life!

Thank you Crossfit, thank you Coach and thank you to the entire community for all you have given so freely!

J

Did yesterday's today because I could not get to the gym yesterday. Starting to do "Pullups" rather than "Chinups" to fall more inline with the CrossFit Doctrine.
Used DB's: 10-15-20-25-30-35-35
Then attempted the muscle up, still no luck with the pullup and transition. I was able to do 17 jumping muscle ups broken down into 6 sets. The first 3 sets were for form and ease of mind. i was then able to knowck out 5, 3 and 6. just got to keep working on form, know I can get it.

Comment #66 - Posted by: Team-G at September 1, 2008 8:00 AM

I second Bingo's post #62. I started CF after reading the article in Men's Journal. I was confused @ first with the WOD. Thought it was just a gumbo of workouts (note: I'm from Louisiana originally so we are slow sometimes)but eventually figured it out. Physcially and mentally it has changed me for the better. I'm the quickest player on my softball team and @ 44 it always help for a little bit of edge. My teamates think I'm 30ish.

Coach is amazing. Such a high quality product in so many ways. I wish the American auto industry could be as nice.

But I do have comment regarding the past 2 rest day topics. I miss the complaints, "This is a fitness site why are we discussing...blah blah
blah...

Thanks again for the joy of CF.

That article is amazing! It is right on target. when I first started doing those exercises mentioned, I got yelled at quite often...now there just used to it...hell I even get a complement every once in a while!

Comment #76 - Posted by: Matt at September 1, 2008 9:39 AM

This is a propos to nothing, but I got my first muscle-up last night. Hallelluja! I've been making attempts every few weeks for the past 2 1/2 months, and didn't expect to get it this time--but on the 10th attempt, I found myself up in the air above the rings. Went on and did 19 1/2 before my muscles gave out. What a great feeling of accomplishment. I'm looking forward to the several additional WODs I can now do as Rx'd.

Many thanks, Coach, for providing all the help via your website. Rob Miller's excellent coaching videos on muscle-ups and the journal article on the muscle-up in November '02 were especially helpful. Also, thanks go to my daughter's gym coaches, who gave me a pair of wooden rings (well, I had to pay them a six-pack). Not only would I never have done this without all that help, hell I didn't even know there was such a thing as a muscle-up before I found CrossFit.

For those of you still trying to get a muscle-up--my advice is follow all the advice you can get from crossfit.com. Even if you're solo like me. And remember--a really big kip helps a lot.

My next goal--do a handstand for longer than 4 seconds!

Congratulations on completing the MU!

It's an exceptional accomplishment -
I just figured it out last month and cannot get enough of them.

Thanks for providing a new goal - a handstand for longer than 4 seconds.

I like the new design. Can we expect a re-design of the main page to mirror it somewhat? It drives me crazy that all the content on the main site is shifted to the left on a widescreen monitor--a minor annoyance, however.

Congratulations on the new journal.

Comment #81 - Posted by: theresa at September 1, 2008 10:34 AM

The new journal looks great. I haven´t yet subscribed. I felt a bit stupid for not doing so before this. Now I feel extremely thick.

Not to be too overly sentimental, but wanted to give a quick shout out to anyone from the Crossfit community caught up in Hurricane Gustav. Saw some of it on TV and it looks serious. Good luck and warm wishes. I hope it is not too bad and that you are all safe when it blows out.

Peace.

Anybody know if the log-ins are going to be emailed out or how will we be notified? My yearlong subscription is up in October, and I have no idea what my log-in name might be...don't even remember choosing one at the time...

On an un-related note...did the 30-40-50-60-70 workout today, subbed double unders for burpees and just about met pukie for the first time at du #43...wow, that one sucked...20:08

Comment #83 - Posted by: layman at September 1, 2008 11:48 AM

I checked out the new format today, WOW! I'm a little overwhelmed with all the info. I love that we can get to any article now by the search options and the submission of own material I might have to experiment with. What a great tool I refer to it all the time.

Comment #84 - Posted by: Foose at September 1, 2008 11:54 AM

Bingo,
We discovered CF at the same time, kinda cool that I discovered it at the same time as someone who is in a lot of ways the calm voice of reason on these boards and the message boards.

On the new CFJ format, I didn't like it this morning, I felt that I would not know about new content, and would therefore miss it. Upon reconsideration this just gives me daily access at my convenience to learn new stuff.

My only real "regret" is I went to a cert just before my renewal came up, so...

Comment #85 - Posted by: Robert D. Taylor Jr at September 1, 2008 11:57 AM

I got my password a few hours ago. Today is a day off, so I'll probably spend at least a few more hours reading back issues.

Jay, thanks for the shout-out. =)
By the way, your comment about my reading material sparked a 4-day+ continuation of last Rest Day's post. Last I checked it was over 650 replies. I somehow doubt that this week's Rest Day will inspire such heated debate, but that's good, I could use a real rest! Besides, I think I'm going to be occupied absorbing fitness knowledge from the Journals.

Thank you for the CFJ 3.0. It is awesome.

I have been meaning to subscribe to the CrossFit Journal for a couple of months and today offers a great opportunity!

CrossFit has filled a void in my life that I have been feeling for a couple of years now...

Thank you Lauren and Coach and all the members of the CrossFit community. I am very happy to have found you and hope to meet some of you in the future.

I'm headed to the book store.
What is the best/first read "Zone" book?
Any tips?

Thanks

Incredible amount of information all organized in one place - great work guys! thank you

Very nice, guys. This is going to make my addiction that much more intractable.

Comment #91 - Posted by: Ben at September 1, 2008 1:09 PM

I am not a fan of the new format - YET. It was a bit difficult to find much NEW information. It seemed like there was way less original content than in previous issues (other than those from several years ago). I think an index (think: table of contents) to the new(est) info would be helpful. Maybe it is just me.

Comment #92 - Posted by: Sean at September 1, 2008 1:24 PM

Happy Labor Day everyone!

Today is my 36th birthday and thanks to Crossfit, I'm in the best shape of life! This week we did Angie, Fran and Murph along a load of bar dips and burpees...great stuff.

Got a new bike (Specialized Crosstrail) and some new running shoes. I'm not getting older, I'm getting better, stronger, faster.

The best is yet to come, thanks Coach for the gift that keeps on giving!

3-2-1 Go!

I think if you will click on the "Chronology" page you will find the articles filed by publish dates. As was mentioned earlier by coach this format will allow new articles and videos to be added throughout the month and it should be very easy to access this information as it is published. I think you will get used to it quickly and will be won over quite soon. My only question is, "How am I gonna find time to devour all of this great information?" haha

My thoughts and prayers go out to all you folks on the Gulf dealing with Gustav. Very thankful for all you National Guard and Law enforcement supporters keeping things in order there.

As an individual or part of an organized CrossFitting group like an affiliate, if you want to increase your knowledge of this method and many other strength and conditioning systems, you are incredibly well served by CrossFit.com and the CF Journal.

As the community grows and Coach, Lauren and their tireless staff seek to improve their support for all of us, the new Journal is a perfect progression. The contributors like Wolf, Burgener, Rip, Tucker, Everett and Ord are among the sharpest in their profession.

Thanks Coach, Lauren and all who worked so hard on this. The refinement continues.

The new journal format looks great, but unfortunately I am one those people that doesn't have as much time to surf the net and check for new articles.

I've always printed out the journal and read it as I could. Hopefully their will be some option for those who do not have the time to check for new articles every couple days.

Ryan #99,

We devised a plan for folks in your exact situation. Come when you're able, when the mood strikes, when the tea leaves are just so, when the stars are aligned, or when you have the time and what you'll find is that all the articles you've missed since your last peek will be there ready for you to print out and read as you can! We'll call this "The Ryan Option" in your honor.

Thank you, Sir, for your support.

Comment #101 - Posted by: Coach at September 1, 2008 5:08 PM

The new model is brilliant. Where else can one access so much useful information so cheaply?

This will greatly enhance the ability of sufficiently motivated individuals to learn about Crossfit in depth, in their own homes. And only for $25.

In the open source era, there is no longer any excuse for someone with internet access to be ignorant about a subject that he is interested in. We have only begun to witness the effects of this phenomenon.

Crossfit is offering as much information as possible as cheaply as possible while most of the rest of the fitness community is offering as little useful and original information as possible as expensively as possible. By my measurements, Crossfit's business model is dramatically more successful.

Comment #102 - Posted by: cfogc at September 1, 2008 5:09 PM

Coach -

I, like Ryan (#99), had similar concerns. But, alas, CrossFit is proactive in their approach. I'll truly enjoy the "Ryan Option".

Thanks for all that you've done.

Ryan & Kurt,

We're committed to developing a handful of printing choices including a drag and drop customizable choice.

I poke fun, but lead the call for printable, holdable, options.

I'm perfectly serious, however, in my appreciation for your support and inputs.

Brian Mackenzie WILL change the world in the eyes of endurance training. The Flagstaff Running/Endurance training was fantastic and I seriously hope there is a Level II. I'm inspired to do my first marathon in 1/09, PF Chang Rock-N-Roll, Phoenix a la CFE and POSE. Can't wait to open this world up to my clients! Thanks Lisa, for being a great host! Good luck this weekend Rookie! Hope to run into you all again soon. We'll see some of you at Level 1, Mesa in three weeks!

Attn Mark,

I to have paid for every back issue and have paid for a subcsription for the past few years , but seriously I would have paid double even triple for the information you get for that money. It might cost some one else less than what you paid, but you and I still have recieved incredibly good value.

Cheers Aaron

I love the new journal format! Great job, and thank you to all who helped create 3.0

I'm especially grateful for the full access to the archives. For those who live far from any affiliate, the journal is indispensable for being a do-it-yourself crossfiter. Thank you to Coach and all the people behind Crossfit.

Like Bingo, I search for ideas and strategies in other businesses that I'd like to transplant into mine. I like to think of it as market research, as opposed to "blatant stealing"! (And anyway, don't they say that imitation is the highest of compliments?) :-)

CF has revolutionised my 90% aerobic vs 10% anaerobic model of exercise. I'm sharing the CF model with every client who'll listen - from children to the elderly.

Haven't made time to check out v3.0 yet, but I think it's wonderful that access to the entire database is included with subscriptions to CFJ. Can't wait to sink my teeth in.

For those who don't yet subscribe: go ask your MD for an MRI of your head to check for a brain. ;-)

Coach G, again - thank you! Knocking on the door of my 40th birthday (this month) and I'm setting PB's in 5k, 10k, DL's, PU's, etc., etc., etc. (Do PU PB's still count if you wear gloves?? Just kidding, JroCK!)

Warm regards to Crossfitters everywhere!

Continually I'm taken back and simultaneously enthused at all the crossfit community gives compared to the minuscule amounts it asks for in return.

The Glassmans aren't just forging elite fitness, they're forging informed fitness. I don't know if that's been said before, but even if it has it deserves repeating.

You're changing the world, without a doubt for the better.

Keep it coming.

M/30/5'9'/155
This is my 3rd day of crossfit. Did a modified CF WU, 3 sets (subbed kettlebell mvmts for dip, pull-ups), then attempted Angie. I had to turn it into a 1/2 Angie, b/c the pull-ups got nasty (I don't know how to kip, and was using a door-frame bar), so by about 40 reps, I was doing 2 at a time. Either way:
1/2 Angie
50 pull-ups (deadhang)
50 p/u
50 s/u
50 squat
12:10
I'll give the full one a try next time.

This crossfit 3.0 is fantastic! It is so easy to look up articles. I wanted to find the articles on olympic lifts and in less than a minute they were all right at my finger tips.
Great job with the website and Crossfit as a whole! More people are being affected by what you do than you think.

Thanks.
