The Filthy Fifty! Get some and Semper Fi, Chris...
I knew this one was coming up, I always get this one when I've been off the wagon for a while. I'm gonna have to did deeeeeeeeeeeeep.
Great video CF Weekend Warriors!
ALRIGHT!!! Just saw the pic of Ramea, nicely done, buddy!! Right on!
Very funny. Now, what's the real WOD????
What are good is a good sub for double unders?
what is a good sub for double unders?
#8, #9 Allen
As noted in FAQ, the best sub for double-unders is tuck jumps. Check FAQ for a detailed description, but think a vertical jump bringing knees to chest.
Looks intense...this one will def bring me to meet our friend pukie.....
Is it OK to admit I'm scared?
NOT what I wanted to read on my return from the pub..... DAMN YOU!!!
Can anyone explain to me what a double under is? and what a burpee is. And now to do them both. Thank You!
Nivek, go to the excercises section on the main page. That will explain everything.
Hello all! I am a platoon leader for a Combat Engineer unit in Iraq right now. We are on the roads everyday looking for bombs! The missions are really dangerous and suck because of the heat. IT is 110 right now outside but inside the vehicles gets up to 120 and then you add the fact that you wear about 75 pounds of gear...it sucks , BUT TODAY, i have written down the WOD so that when i think my mission sucks, i will pull out my piece of paper with the WOD and feel good about my current situation, until i get back and actually have to do the WOD.
Sappers lead the way!
There is no sub for a double-under. Learn it. Do it. Love it.
Brandon, Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Be safe.
#17 Brandon - Wow! The WOD almost seems too easy after what you guys go through every day. Thank you for your service for our country.
I just hope we don't get an alarm for at least 30-45 minutes after finishing the 'Filthy Fifty Dance' tomorrow.
Aloha
Oh damn. Damn, damn, damn.
Can't wait to attempt this one again woohoo! :)
Looking at this WOD I feel a lot like While E. Cayote when he realizes what the growing pile driveing boulder's shadow is.
Thank you Brandon Bradley. To you and your men, be safe.
is there a sub. for the kettleball swing and for knees to elbows?
oh, and what the bleep is a pood???
Gorda,
a pood is a measurement of weight for a kettlebell. One pood is roughly 36 lbs or 16Kg. As for substitutes I'm not sure but check out the FAQ's as there are normally some good suggestions there.
Won our baseball pelim final against the top team (until today undefeated) in our league today :)
16 - 4
no wods until after the final next weekend - there will be some celebrating to do first
My brain is screaming - For the love of god, scale it down u idiot !!!
But my heart screams - Do it!
Now, I'm an emotional guy, so...
Brandon,
What you sacrifice day in and day out deserves more than a THANK YOU but that is all I have to offer (as I sit here and enjoy life as I know it because of what brave men and women like you do)....if nothing else, you have a lifetime membership at CFSD paid for by your brave actions and accompishments...all we ask is that you come home safe!!! You are in our thoughts and prayers! God Bless!
Ok All it's weakling again,
I just started this crazy workout and the last one showed that I can't hang with the big dogs. what is the amount of reps for a beginner weakling? I'm think about 20 of each? I'm afraid if I try 50 on the first two exercises I wont be able to experience the entire workout.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
~Weakling
Weakling. It's your call, having regard to your own level of fitness. Nobody else can tell you how hard you want to push yourself, but one suggestion is to do lots of 10 and see if you can do say three rounds... or even five. :)
Some people will tell you that you are supposed to do one exercise and then move onto the other, but it's your workout. You can do it the way you want. For instance, I always split the knees to elbows in the Filthy Fifty, along with a few others.
#30 Weakling, modify it so you can perform the sets with high intensity and perfect form.

Hey Guys,
I'm stationed at good ol' Bagram in Afghanistan and just got back into crossfit...heck of a day to start, pukie was in full force.
Why....why....ugh. Maybe a single guy with no kids who goes to watch college football at the bars needs to post the weekend WODs....ugh again...
total=31.48.02
oh I was breathing heavy on this 1..
Suck it up everyone! Nobody every drown in sweat! But puke however...
If you all felt so terrible and hated this stuff you wouldn't keep coming back! You are all sick and demented (sp?) JUST LIKE ME! I love it!
glad to be here!
darn it....I got my quote wrong...
"Nobody EVER drown in sweat!"
there!
anybody know where a guy could order some rings, other that at ringtrianing.com? I think they still have a waiting list.
Sterling - I am going to kick your ass next time I see you..... I can't believe you!!!!
Wait til I fwd this one to 'the boys'
Hey Brandon dont sweat it. What really got on my nerves when i went to the gym at f.o.b. rusty was that people woulndt stop staring me.
Weakling #30
Check out www.brandxmartialarts.com. Jeff Martin and his crew post three levels of the WOD and do the math/scaling for you. Really great resource and very nice service/gesture of them to post for free, just like Coach.
Seems like this one always comes up on a Sunday, and today after I sold-out on Cindy ystd!
D.
39:44 as rx'ed. Burpees were tough as usual, but the KNE were hard for me also today. Enjoy the day.
32:53.. two subs .....the Burpees were unusually punative, but I managed the PU & a demi jump maybe 2 inches the last 49 Burpees...
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
31:07
Used a 12lb medicine ball cause we don't have a 20lb in the gym here on FOB FALCON. The Burpees kicked my ass!!
as rx'd but interspersed burpees (15,15,10,10) and kte's through out workout just about everything broken even my ego is cracked like an egg on the sidewalk
i have an idea for a new filthy 50
50 minutes of watching favorite football team
50 potato chips or nachos
50 oz of favorite beverage
50 minute nap between game
50 minutes of other games

50 more minutes of napping b4 sunday night game
50 more oz of favorite beverage

what is a good diet to follow while doing crossfit?
Time: 40:58.
Used 20" box and subbed last 45 dbl unders with tuck jumps (not very good at jumping rope period) - otherwise as Rx'd, but many sets broken. Got all the way through the 50 wall ball shots in 23:30, then chased away pukie after every 5th burpee for the ensuing 14 minutes! Very ugly finish to an otherwise great workout!
Thanks Brandon for all that you do for us. It's posts like yours that keep me from griping too much.
This is my first post. I am a 62 year old breast cancer survivor. I have been doing CF for about 6 weeks now, at the behest of my SF son. I can't do the total workouts yet, but I am amazed at my improvement. Thanks to everyone for their posts; they keep me inspired
Kylie #47 - Zone Diet. Much to read about this throughout the CrossFit site. Plus, pick up a copy of Dr. Sears's book "Enter the Zone." If all you do is workout, you'll never loose the unwanted bodyfat % or get into optimal shape.
Believe me, after doing CrossFit religiously for a little over 6 months and dieting properly, I've lost over 23 pounds while gaining tremendous strength, power, coordination, and muscle development. I'm 41 and in the best shape I've been in since I was 21! I've followed the Zone, but really need to refine it completely before I can honestly say that I follow it as closely as I do the workouts. I'm sure if I do, I could easily drop more BF% and be even healthier. The best part about the Zone is that you don't count calories. I haven't counted a single one in six months, whereas before I tried many diets without success.
Good Luck!
No weights to work with; just a set of rings. Pukie came knocking and since I'm scheduled for a trail race this week I decided I wouldn't push any further.

In reference to Kettlebell exercises, what does POOD stand for?
It's weight...see the FAQ
37:59 subbed tuck jumps for 2x unders, otherwise as rx'ed. First time under 40 for this beast of a WOD which is for my money the most difficult metcon WOD unless you count 3 bars of death which I can't do as rx'ed. I hit the wall ball set at 25 or so but my legs were getting rather fried after the thrusters so I had to resort to breaking the wall balls after 5 then 6, 7 reps and so forth, going on the :45 like I was doing 50's in the pool, same deal with the burpees and my jump at the end was, shall we say, somewhat modest if not even subtle. I'm so tired I may have to hire someone to drag the rubbish bins out to the street for garbage pick up tomorrow. BW:176, YOA:57 Thanks, Coach and Lauren!

PR:) happy to finally get under 30 min.

May be due to the fact that I played catch-up yesterday; doing the 10k followed by "Cindy" on rings. Police work has a nasty habit of throwing a wrinkle into the WOD sequence.
# 17 Brandon - you sappers do great work. Those of us who convoy around really appreciate you and we probably don't say it enough. We were spared an ambush at least 4 times last tour because of you guys - thanks!

Feed the soul as well as the body.........if you can honestly say 9 out of 10 times (or 19 out of 20) you do the workout....then go for the beer, game, food and company.
Variety in recovery cycles isn't necessarily a bad thing either....most of us have work/family situations that force us into the extra rest day here and there.

50 Kettlebell swings: 15# dumbbell (newbie here!)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps, done.

50 back extensions off step.
50 Wall ball shots, 12# ball, no impact just up.
50 Burpees - Did them all but last 25 were horrible form. Broken into 10's.
50 Tuck Jumps (these I am good at being an aerobic queen).
Hey, I tried! :)
As RX'ed in 30:18 with the following exceptions:
-Only had a 15 lbs. ball so I did 60 shots
-No jump rope at the crappy Bally's so subbed 100 side straddle hops (jumping jacks)
Had a visit w/ Pukie during the wall balls. Very nice.
28:55 with the following exceptions:
12 lb ball
100 "single unders" instead of the 50 doubles
I've been reading through the comments. Most of you completed the workout anywhere from 28 -50 minutes. That's all well and good for those of you who like short workouts, but I am HARD! So I decided to make the pain last really really long and did it in 58+05.
In all seriousness: subbed 45lb good mornings for back extensions, no target for wallball so threw it into the air, box jumps were 26 inches vice 24, kettlebell swings were with a 35lb dumbell, all else as rx'd. This was one of my first workouts when I started crossfit four months ago. My time then was 44+33 however I broke the workout into sets then and couldn't do ANY double unders. For today's workout I tried to be as strict as possible and did it in order and got ALL my double unders. So while it took me 14 minutes longer roughly, my form was much improved and I did it as rx'd this time. Plus...anytime I can get this thing done and NOT throw up is a good day in my book. Next time I plan to improve quite a bit. Respect.
I suppose Josh Everett did this one in 2:34? (Shameless attention grabber)
Not to beat a dead horse (but here I go...), I just read a post questioning Josh's times. It made me cranky. So I vented on my blog. Check out crossfitsurfcity.blogspot.com (shameless plug). My 2 cents in support of a flat out irongame stud and great friend.
as prescribed. 25.09 (just over a minute slower than my best at this but the equipment was spread out quite a bit so maybe not an entirely fair comparison)

Still very sore from Cindy on Friday, so for some unknown reason tried the burpees with dumbbells to clean and jerks WOD...wow, did that suck. Don't know what the WOD is called, but it was definitely not easy. Used 20 and 10 lb. dumbbells instead of 35 pounders...

I'm with treelizard, I needed the day off, plus having a stomach virus, didn't want to force meeting Pukie. I will do it tomorrow. My aim is to do the Fifty reps, last time I did the "Dirty Thirty". The kids will do the Dirty Thirty tomorrow.

Awesome! Had to blend knees to elbows in other parts of the workout as fifty at one time was going to be brutal.
A couple of posts ago I noticed someone mentioned Cross Fitters at CFB Gagetown. Do you have all the gear ie. rings...? I'd love to come for a session sometime.

After I put all the equipment ready and did my warming up this morning, I laid on the floor for about 15 min to find courage. Did not find it. did a survivalrun in the afternoon instead. That was fun.
Will catch up this 'filthy fifty' later.
Have fun, Johan
Johan 118, Kate and I are doing it tomorrow. You should join us. Let's do this thang! This was one of the first WODs I ever did back in April and easily scaleable--my first time I did only 25 reps of each, subbed jumprope jumps for DU's, used 10 and 15 lb db's for everything and split it up in two parts(most at home, pu's and dips at the gym with 80# assistance.)

New guy here. 43 years old, 220lbs. This is my 3rd xfit workout. I have a broken toe so I left out the double unders and box jumps. (to jarring)
Otherwise had to scale down to "dirty thirty"
that wall ball is harder than it looks.
see ya 'round
27:21 as rx'ed, way slower than last time. Flew through the first 7 events but then wall balls went slowly and the wheels just fell off at frickin' stoopid horrible burpees. It took almost 10 minutes for the last 2 exercises. These results helped me formulate this equation: One week of eating like crap + sloth like behaviour = performance decriments. Woe is me, I'll get it next time.

WOD: 58:33
Some 50's as Rx'd but most sets were broken. Thought about quiting a few times but stuck with it. Once again, the Burpees almost did me in. I was happy not to sub the wall ball this round, thanks to a newly home made 20lb ball with help from this site.
This one was real tough for me, but now it's in the books!
As rx'd:

Knee injury really slowed me down, the burpees were rough.

As rx'd 29:48; first time under 30! Good form. Closest trip to pukie-ville in a little while. You know it's love when you and the missus just about hurl at the same time. I was on the back extensions, she on the wall ball shots, that's romance for ya.
Denise 33:12 only mod was 20# WB shots to 8 feet.
Mariah 30:34 mods were 12#DB Push Press and 12# DB swings, also 20" box, 100 singles for double unders.
Recovering from "costal chondritis" that I got from BJJ. Took a whole week off and it will probably be two months before I attempt another WOD.

subbed tuck jumps for double unders.
Kate- somehow this seemed less daunting when I broke it into sets of 10 each x 5. I'm sure that changes the intensity, but when you are just starting out, and trying to finish, anything that helps get it done is good for me. Also, burpees are brutal for me, as are knee to elbow, so I just slowed myself down for those and did what I had to just to get something resembling them. It wasn't pretty, but it did get done. Good idea not to work out with virus, can make a minor illness into a major one. Best of luck tomorrow!

I was on pace to break 45:00 until the burpees. Then you could say I hit a wall, although it felt more like the wall hit me! I could only do 5 at a time. But then I did manage 5 double unders in a row so at least I ended on a high note.

30 push press with 35 lb dumbbells in three sets of ten, cheated and used legs to get up the last few in the second two sets
30 back extensions in a set of 20 and of 10
30 20 lb dumbbell thrusters in a set of 20 and of 10
10 burpees
near collapse and gave up on the jumping pullups (I have to go half a kilometer from the gym to a park where there's a pull up bar) and walking lunges and couldn't remember double unders.
A hellacious workout, I look forward to the day I can do all the exercises in one work out and do them all in single sets at at the rx level without scaling!
crossfit rocks! I look much slimmer even if I weigh five lbs more, better posture and more confidence (which daily exercise always creates) and I love doing the workouts, a lot better than doing a weight lifting program I only half looked forward too.
Do any of the old journals talk about incorporating swimming with the crossfit methodology? Thanks!

This was the first Xfit WOD i've ever done. I did it in place of the usual metabolic circuits i usually do. I enjoyed it and almost threw up at one point.
It took me 35 minutes to complete the rx. how does that stack up???
-david
Doing the scattered ME thingy still. Probably should just be WODing (feel like a pussy when I see stuff like this).
BW 193 (probably a bit dehydrated)
Warmup - OHSx45x a bunch working on form and a few attempts at a muscleup on the squat rack. I can kipup to a false grip but can't seem to make the transition. Wrist/forearm strength an issue probably.
Deads worked up to 305 (pr) then 3x5@225. I cleaned 135 to get it back on the rack and practically passed out almost like getting popped on the chin--weird scary but came too pretty quick.

"Filthy Fifty" as usual Burpees kicked my butt 43:17. Felt great as half way through a couple of "hard bodies" commented that "that was a tough workout". The lookout on thier face when I said that was "halfway" was priceless.

Felt horrendous today, woke up feeling ill, thought I would attempt this in the "sweat it out of the system" line of thinking. Got to the burpees and hit an absolute wall; they took about 15 min. Body just shut down. First time I really thought about quitting (for real)in the middle of a wod.
43:58
substitutions: 35lbs dumbbell swings for kettleball, tuck jumps for double unders. Also since my gym's largest medicine ball is 10lbs I did 2 sets. I almost forgot the knees to elbows, was undressing for a shower when I realized so I redressed and finished up.

22:10 I left out the knees to elbows and pushpresses but I dont feel too bad as the kb work is very intense. It was basically an equipment issue.
Still hurting really bad from Cindy; man, I must be doing something really wrong. Subbed 100 super-mans for back extensions and 2 for 1 regular jump-rope for double-unders. Also, the burpees were pretty bad form. Still a 3 1/2 min. improvement.

44:50 as rx'd @ rock climbing gym Berkeley Ironworks. Don't know how high the box jumps were, used nearest tall bench. Knees to elbows were done with climbing hang board, which works your forearms too. Met two great corssfitters there, Allan and Amy. Taught everyone good handstand technique on the parallets and invited them to Roger's (crossfit gymnastics writer) adult gymnastics class too. It was great! Only my 2nd WOD. Did Diane last week. Would have puked after burpees and double-unders, but there was nothing to hurl. Had to run all over the gym to get all the equipment and figure out the exercises or would have been faster. Used 6kg wall ball, think that's close to 20#. Filthy Fifty after a couple of hours of rock climbing is pretty tough. =P

Had a MMA seminar instead, sorry guys. I love/hate the Filthy Fifty as one of the true measuring sticks, but 4 hr seminar with soon-to-be lightweight UFC Champ Kenny Florian at our school took precedence.
A plug for him - his trainer (and the guy you see on Spike TV's Ultimate Fighter 4) Mark Dellagrotte came down and put on a seminar. With one month until the fight, Kenny fought everyone there, all 22-25 of us in a row. Old school and a class act. Hope he wins.

30 box jumps (~21")
30 jumping pullups
30 35# db swings
30 walking lunges
30 sit-ups
30 45# bar push presses
30 back extensions
30 15# wall ball throws
30 jump rope (single under)
1:01:58
That was my first "Filthy Fifty" it kicked my A@# replaced wall w/ thursters 45lbs
Tim: 29:59 <== under 30:00, and JUST BARELY dammit!
Catherine: 5 rounds of 25, ~15:00 (had to leave)
I am fairly certain I can chop my time down to 25 minutes and maybe below 20 minutes if I don't run around so much (in and out of the garage to the driveway, side yard, etc.) and instead set up the rig the night beforehand to just blast through it. I am also fairly certain that I'll puke if I hit it at a pace to hit 20:00. But it's worth a try. Next time.
first time for "filthy fifty"
sub'd supermans for back ex
sub'd tuck jumps for double unders
finished push presses (17:00) when we got a call
back aprox 30 min later
total 30:05
Group Moffett
Completed the first (5) exercises in the WOD, due to the fact we had military training and everyone was tired.
50 box jumps
50 jumping pullups
50 Kettlebell swings
50 steps walking lunge
50 knees to elbow
Total time 15:51:41
27:13 with no double unders.. everything else as rx'ed.
24'30" as RX'd.
Unfortunately, I was more than a couple minutes off of my PR from the last FF. I slipped on the box at rep 42 and tore my shin. I got back into the game with a vengeance until I hit the burpees and double unders. I blew up something fierce and I paid for it big time - I was seriously grovelling through them. Disappointed, but happily wrecked at the end.
OPT Mommy - Awesome to hear your 7 weeks out and cranking out CF WOD's like this one already! Way to go - Keep on hammering!!
First crossfit WOD. Been looking at this site for a while and finally realized that this type of WO has everything I have been gravitating towards over the last few years. That said, this WOD wiped me out. had to make some subs due to lack of equipment(and skill).wall ball became thrusters and double unders became 100 regular skips(lack of skill). Finished WO in 55 min. not a great time but for a first time I'm happy.
bw 165#
as rx'd 19min 25 sec...shaved off over a 1min since last time.
"your mom wants you to do crossfit"
OPT nice time...I bet those burpees with the extra weight are a good time.
Zac- did 35 swings and 18" jumps, did assisted pull-ups, only completed up to 30 back ext.
Mae- foot still hurting, did 175 assisted pull-ups, 100 kettleball (35), 125 decline push-ups, 100 knees to elbows, and 175 back ext.
In remembrance of the 343 FDNY Brothers who were just doing their job on 9/11/2001....
Filthy-35 in 23:36
After reading some of the initial comments, I decided to go with 35, as I was the pump driver at work today and didn't want to risk being completely blotto'ed then getting a call (good choice, it turned out). As Rx, but subbed thruster for push press (didn't have the PP video) and subbed 70 single unders for the doubles. Will practise those. BTW, tailboard box jumps work great!
Modified a few of the exercises to suit my equipment set up:
50 Box jump, up 3 stairs
50 Paralette push ups
50 Dumbell swings, 35 lbs.
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Ab wheel rolls
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Sit ups
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
32 minutes. Got to rep 20 of the burpees at a sub-30 minute pace, but had to take a break to steer clear of pukie. Finished with him nipping at my heels from there on. Last time I did this, I used the same subs and it took me 42 minutes. Gotta love being able to shave off 10 minutes!
First of all, thank you crossfit!
This was my first experience with many of these exercizes as it was the first crossfit workout I've done, not including a sort of "warmup" workout earlier last week. I intend to post video of workouts as soon as I get my camera battery replaced!
I have asthma. I refuse to take medication for it, because I have seen nothing that actually treats the *condition*, and plenty of evidence that it trains your body to depend on the medication. no thanks. I believe intense exercize like this may be the key to minimizing it's effects.
For time(um - lost track. bringing stopwatch for tonight's workout..):
(approximate):
- 39 Box jump, 24 inch box (15 jumps, rest, 7, R, 7, R (pulse at 170 breathing huge), 7)
- ?? Jumping pull-ups (totally lost count, went until I couldn't do 1 after a rest, def. < 50)
- 30 Kettlebell swings, substituted 20 pound barbell. *really* felt it in my abs. form started to be bad so quit.
- Walking Lunge, 60 steps (it was too good to quit. stopped 5 times though)
10 Knees to elbows (3 sets. last set 1 was not possible)
30 Push press, 45 pounds
40 Back extensions
40? Wall ball shots, 6 pound ball
25? Burpees (went until nausious and pulse @175)
00 Double unders *no jump rope.
Subbed 30s for this, except for the E2K, which I could barely do. Missed the double unders as well. Set the mark at 53:22
As rx'd, did back ext on a 45 deg roman chair and only used a 15lb med ball for the wall ball shots. Total time = 38:49

50 dumbbell swings, 30 pounds
Walking Lunge, 50 steps

50 Back extensions (machine), 90 pounds
50 Wall ball shots, 10 pound ball
37 minutes, skipped burpees and rope-jumps
29:45 which is minutes better than previously – but with lots of subs as using a hotel gym. About a 21” bench only; swings with 37.5lb DB; situps for KTE (no bar to hang from - used the edge of some piece of equipment for the jumping pull-ups but couldn't hang from it); straight leg DL with 45” for back extn; thrusters with 2 x 10kg DB for wallball; tuckjumps (fairly half-arsed by then) for double unders. Was under 20 minutes coming into the burpees. They were a sad sight.
50 Box jump, 24 inch box 1:37
50 Jumping pull-ups 2:20
50 Kettlebell swings,(35# dumbell) 1 pood 3:31
Walking Lunge, 50 steps 1:40

50 Burpees 7:58
50 Double unders 2:15

first time doing the filthy fifty and am happy i made it through. felt like giving up during the push presses, thrusters and burpees but just kept going.
a girl came over during the thrusters and asked what bodyparts they worked.. i was already feeling like passing out!! said shoulders and quads and asked if i could talk with her in 20 minutes.
couldn't find her after 20 minutes and felt disappointed because of the lost chance of introducing someone to CF! hope she'll be at the gym again tomorrow.
yay filthy 50!
I was on pace to shatter my last time...gym closed early on me.
I'M PISSED!!!!!!!!

50 Back extensions (same)
50 thrusters 30# (last time 8lb med ball throws)
50 Burpees (same)
50 box jumps (just regular jumps last time)
58:27 (didn't time it last time)
Form problems: my knees to elbows are more like knees to armpits, I forgot to dip and drive during push presses (did it a little, but not every time) and I didn't go as deep as I should have for thrusters. Also the "box" I was jumping on was just one of those aerobic "steps"--but I'd been skipping jumping altogether until my drunken porch jumping experiment.
I'm just happy to have gotten this done in under an hour. And hungry. Mmm, salad and buffalo burgers and asparagus...

29:27 (PR)
38:18 as rx'd
if I start chilling out a little at the beginning, this time could be reduced quickly. Box jumps, jumping PUs, and kb swings were done fast and unbroken, and then I was much pretty much useless. Hit the DUs well under 30:00, but couldn't get a single one until I had wasted six minutes or so. awesome WOD.
34:42 WOD As RX'd
Subbed Sit-up's for Knee's to Elbow's. Bar was taken. Would have added a few minutes to the time.
Chris: 29:57
Wall ball to burpee to double-under....brutal. After 25 burpees I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get back up off the floor. I stopped burpees there and went on to double-unders. Also subbed 25# db for kb swings and a 12# wall ball.
Julie: 28:40
30 reps throughout
subbed 10# db for kb swings, 12# wall bal
