I'm just getting ready to do my snatches.
Have a great one today!
I googled Adam Walinsky and could not tell if I found the gentleman pictured. Why was he at the Seminar and what did he have to say? Bio-link would be cool if anyone has any info.
how lucky. tonight was my squadron Marine Corps Ball. For those unaware, Marines tend to celebrate harder than even a Crossfitter trains. I am very lucky to see its a rest day tomorrow morning.
And its good to post #3. I'll never be first.
THE CROSSFIT UNNIVERSE ONLY HAS FOUR DAYS
"AND ON THE FOURTH DAY CROSSFIT RESTED AFTER 3 DAYS MAKING A WORLD OF PAIN!!!!!"
ahhh... but I love it so much!
Does anyone know where exactly the new Crossfit San Diego gym will be located? What part of San Diego, that is. I'm in San Diego and would be interested to know. Thanks.

Indeed. I was very fortunate this weekend with the timing. Considering yesterday I did the WOD at 5am then Squadron 4 mile formation run, chanting cadence, running the guidon around the formation, the whole deal. Timing was just on my side to go celebrate last night. I hope 10 November, the actual birthday has a nice painful day of PT for the WOD.
