I'm just getting ready to do my snatches.

Have a great one today!

I googled Adam Walinsky and could not tell if I found the gentleman pictured. Why was he at the Seminar and what did he have to say? Bio-link would be cool if anyone has any info.

how lucky. tonight was my squadron Marine Corps Ball. For those unaware, Marines tend to celebrate harder than even a Crossfitter trains. I am very lucky to see its a rest day tomorrow morning.
And its good to post #3. I'll never be first.

I remember Mr. Walinsky.

Does anyone know where exactly the new Crossfit San Diego gym will be located? What part of San Diego, that is. I'm in San Diego and would be interested to know. Thanks.

Team Baghdad:

What do crossfitters do on their day off in Baghdad? "Murph", of course.

http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/2005_08.html
(August 18th)

SPC Terry: 27:43 (amazing to watch)
SSG Rose: 44:23

We both met Pukie for the first time. "Murph" was the epitome of "fit". The last mile was the worst/best experience of my life.

Got bombed out by a cold/light flu for last 2 days, so no workouts. Did the pushup/situp/squat pieces of Angie today in 9:33. Pullup bar is outside (in the snow) and I'm inside on baby duty.

John H. Happy Birthday brotha' Our Ball is tonight down here in Pensacola, so I expect to be hateing life tomorrow in the gym.

Comment #13 - Posted by: John S at November 5, 2005 9:48 AM

John S.
Indeed. I was very fortunate this weekend with the timing. Considering yesterday I did the WOD at 5am then Squadron 4 mile formation run, chanting cadence, running the guidon around the formation, the whole deal. Timing was just on my side to go celebrate last night. I hope 10 November, the actual birthday has a nice painful day of PT for the WOD.

Hello all. This is my first post and I wanted to say how much I enjoy all of your comments and feedbacks. I have learned allot from others questions. I am in the UFAF Combat Control program and I must say CrossFit is a butt kicker, and will definitly keep me fit for the rest of the pipeline. Have a great workout.
