What a girl!! My 8 yr old daughter loves working out w/me, doing modified WODs. I tell her all the time, "Leave the boys alone, and kick their butts while you're at it"! Love it!!
Didn't do today's (Saturday's) WOD, so I will probably end up doing that sometime Sunday.
our BLE-Basic Law Enforcement Programs do these "rollbacks". Its been a staple of our program for several years. The identification of lower back / hamstring / coordination to core work is very evident here.

Ran a 5k in about 31 minutes. Slow time but the first time I've been able to run pain free in months. Thanks Crossfit.

All mixed up today/off yesterday. 3 sets db thrusters, pushups, 5K, some sprint work.
Great to see kids learning about fitness at a young age.
BTW=150.
Made up WOD 051003 today (Virtual Shoveling and Pushups). 17:17.
Rested five and ran a mile in around 06:30-ish (treadmill takes a while to get going, "official" time was 06:55).

Paul, thanks, it is very rewarding. I have some great trails by my house that I used to run on a lot. It was great to get back out there today.
Oh I love trying to run fast on a treadmill. You get all pumped up and hit that up button. And five minutes later you're at 7mph.
