Hey, happy independance day all you Americano's. Thanks from bringing my Canadian Forces buddies and I crossfit every day! Since starting I have gained in every category(I weigh 155, and am doing 3 sets of 10 now at 185 on the bench!! That's a first!), and my VO2 is awesome! This program is great, I recommend it to all my buddies

Happy 4th of July. I did Sunday's WOD today. The last time I tried cleans or pwr.cleans was over a year ago. I did 45x5, 95x2, 115x2, 135x1, 140x1, 145x1, 150x1, 150x1 150x1, 150(missed), 135x1, 135x1, 115x5. I need more practice on this exercise.
