MUSH! MUSH I SAY! heh heh.
How long was the truck pull? Was it timed?
Does that say "Joe's Towing" in the background?
Seems like a tough way to make a living.
Just because he can pull it, doesn't mean I shouldn't have a car that works!
and Buck had become the dominant primordial beast!

Jack London
Not an exact quote, but you get the drift!
any fear factor fans out there? every time i see the show, i wonder how not only i would do, but anyone who does crossfit compared to the other competitors. at least with the physical challenges, i feel like its the exact kind of thing we are training for...namely, anything. now all we have to do is add eating some cow tongues and pig brains in between sets of burpees and pullups.
Funny you mention FF ediddy...I was watching the NY episode last week (the 100th episode) and when they were hanging off the cargo net underneath the Roosevelt Island tram I was thinking the same thing, that a CF athlete would dominate the physical challenges.
Of course, I might have to pass on the blended rat.
I have been away on business - Ran a 15K today (Stockade-athon) in Upstate NY...
Great to be back...
Last day of self-imposed exile. Other than one spin class and Friday's 150 wallball shots, I have stayed away and tried to relax. It's hard once you're into the routine and love the variety. Now, I will go into tomorrow's chipper with aplomb (gusto)! Hopefully the body is as willing as the spirit!
