I'm glad it's a rest day. My hams are so sore that I'm walking funny on flat ground and nearly fall going down stairs. My chest/shoulders hurt too ... I can't wait for tomorrow's bundle of WOD fun!

Same here.

I've had trouble reaching over to tie my shoes.

The thought of going up my stairs gives me anxiety ;).

About 6 weeks doing these WODs, and I noticed my body responding. Muscles are growing...just as much as when I was doing the retarded bodybuilding workouts ;). Of course, that could just be because of the new routine...

Ditto. I went to MMA last week after the crossfit cycle and, after the drive home, had to use my arms to pull myself up the stairs to my house. Today I have practise again and speculate that I may not even make it out of the car.

I went to a wedding and reception yesterday so today I did the bodyweight bench and pull-up workout. I'll post the results with the others for that day.

Hamstrings? I have no hamstrings.

And I thought I was the only one with hamstrings. Tried for max pullups Saturday, failed at 30, and didn't feel I would come anywhere near 40 in September. Ryan, Kelly, Lynne, you continue to inspire me, but it's a struggle just to stay within hailing distance of your achievements.

Adam, I hope I'll be able to do 30 pullups in 10 years...and you still have a few years on me! You're kicking the butts of guys half your age. That's nothing to feel anything but proud of in my book.

2 hours of basketball in the morning; watching daughter's soccer game in the afternoon. WOD's are a day behind as I rested yesterday.
