The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is "calories".
Post Tabata score for each exercise to comments and total for final score.
E.G., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71

How do I substitute for the rows since I have no machine? Sumo-deadlift high pulls and use that number in the score?
7;22;5;10;15=59 I hate this WOD, it kills me.
Nice job Dave. 20 pushups and situps!
Nice numbers guys ....
had to sub SDHP w/20#DBs for rowing and body pulls for pull-ups
10;17;6;6;12 = 51
sunny w/10-15kt winds here in CT ... headed to the boat ...
Sub'd SDHP with 45 lb bar for rows.
9,14,3,7,10 = 43
Pretty much everything needs work.
9 rows + 20 squats + 3 pull-ups + 7 push-ups + 14 sit-ups = 53.
Uninspiring. Up from 46 last time, but that's mostly because I stole an extra 6 squats by going to parallel rather than to rock bottom and got an extra sit-up. I must say that it is frustrating not to have gained any ground in calisthenics in two months of training.
6,16,5,14,11 = 52 (I'm not feeling "right" after this one beat PR by 4).
row 5
squat 23
pullup 6 (7 until final round; seven would have been a PR)
pushup 14 (PR)
situp 15 (anchored)
Total 63
I'm surprised and pleased that my squats and pushups went as they did - my traps, butt, hamstrings, shoulders and chest are very sore from the "Diane" and the bench/pullup workout from the past two days.
ROW 5
squats 18
pull ups 4
push ups 8
sit ups 20
totals = 55
Happy with this one. Improved in everything but the SDHPs (subbed for the rowing) and the pull-ups.
45# SDHP - 15
squats - 23 (up from 21 - I think that's a tie for an old PR)
pull-ups - 8 (kipping variety)
push-ups - 14 (up from 12)
sit-ups - 17 (up from 16)
For me the sit-ups were the most difficult (this time, at least). I had to use all available time for the last 5 or 6 sets. Push-ups felt strong and I may shoot for a higher score in these next time.
row = 5
squat = 16 (PR)
pullup = 3 (unassisted PR)
pushup = 9 (PR)
situp = 10 (PR) - decline bench
total = 43 (previous = 38)
Sub pulling cardio-glide pulls for rows, although it too has a calorie meter:
row=3+squat=12+pullup=1+pushup=4+situp=6
TOTAL=26
pathetic, midshift = long, garage = hot...& who's this pukey averyone keeps talking about?
goodnight
My first "tabata this" wok-out. Good stuff!
7,21,8, 15, 14 = 65
substituted 45 lb HPSU for rowing.
12/18/4/7/15=56
72
An improvement from last time...which surprises me. Off to the airport to catch a flight to Grand Rapids MI.
substituted 45 lb SDHP for rowing, should have paced myself more on pushups:
8 + 13 + 3 + 4 + 11 = 39
this one kicks my @$$. need to work on pacing.
rowing = 6 cal
squats = 16
pullups = 5
pushups = 12
situps = 15
total = 54
Wow, that was an eyeopener. It is very hot here in Murray, Utah and I was dropping a new drop of sweat on every push up.
I went 17 + 12 + 7 (with one leg on chair) + 5 + 5=46
I didn't like it...
row 4
sq 21 (parallel, t-this PR)
pullup 7 (PR)
pushup 14 (PR)
situp 18 (PR)
64
45. A six hour drive may have taken it out of me, some.
Sub'd 6 sets and high pulls.
12+12+2+10+6=42
First time tabata for me and Chris. WOD performed as described for me. Chris did pulldowns with 90lb, pushups from knees and 6 rounds not 8.
John: rowing 5, squats 14, pullups 4, pushups 10,and situps 8, total = 41
Chris: rowing 5, squats 14, pulldowns 6, pushups 10,and situps 10, total = 45
Subbed 45# bar for rows
9/17/6/10/12=54
I did "Diane" in the morning, went and climbed a 5.12 in the afternoon and still managed to get this 6 point improvement on "Tabata This". Plenty tired now.
7,15,5,8,8 = 43... miserable... went too hard on pushups and situps during first sets, was too fried toward end to move basically. i can't seem to get the C2 rower to the levels some of the folks on here do. i had the lever on level 10 and was hitting 40-50 strokes per min, and it bounced in the 7-10 calories per 20 second range. peak output was 1600 calories per hour, which is ~ 9 calories in 20 seconds. I do not see how you guys get 30-50% above that...
row:10 squat:22 pullup:5 Press ups:11 situps:16
Total - 64
29:20.
24x5 on dips.
Pull-ups were an abomination. Multiple broken sets, several missed reps. Had to jump up and pull-up and do negatives after 80.
Finished with 2x50 squats and 100 situps.
row: 8
squat: 11
pullup: 0 (max 3 reps)
pushup: 0
situps: 10
i clearly have a lot of work to do....
TABATA This:
C2 row HI=8cal LOW=7cal ***Prev WOD was SDHP...
Squats HI=17 LOW=15 ***Prev WOD was 16/14
Pullups HI=10 LOW=4 ***Prev WOD was 10/3
Pushups HI=12 LOW=6 ***Prev WOD was 17/7
Situps HI=21 LOW=20 ***Prev WOD was 21/19
(unanchored)
TABATA Score LOWs=52 (HIGHs)=68
An even-sum game with my last attempt @ this WOD. Very disappointed with pullups, and I even more so with my pushups would have been stronger.
a day late:
(40lb pull) - 14
(squat) - 20
(p/u) - 6
(push up) - 12
(sit up ) - 15
total = 57
Push ups upset me. Started with 25 then 20 for a few sets then 15 then 12. . . bummer.
first tabata this. can't sub row, am camping so did ring pull-ups 3 squat 11 ring dips 3 sit-ups 10 27 total. might be a while until 50!
39 Well at least I beat my last attempt by 10
late post.
45 lb bar high pulls 8
squats 13
pullups 3
pushups 5
situps 10 but didn't complete all sets (lower back still sore from deadlifting)
Compared to last time pretty good, but still a long way to go....
Was on vacation for June 25, but scored today
