Actually, Jacksonville, FL. Do you ever travel this way?

Did a modified Sunday WOD today:

Would have been tough on Sunday, but after yesterday this was a bear (and the lifts I need to improve most)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Bench press 135 pounds, 15 reps
Shoulder press 80 pounds, 20 reps
Dips 25 reps

2 complete rounds + 6 bench
finished the 3rd round before ending WOD

Felt like crap today, ate a stinking waffle for lunch (stupid mistake, now I wanna puke and couldn't get my goal of four rounds.

Grand Dad, I'm back!

Ok, major accomplishment today. Did 1 pull up or I guess they are chin ups (can't do pull ups do to an childhood injury) I assisted up but then did ame down on my own and back up on own! YEAH!!!! My goal is still to do 5 by the end of next week. Also ran 3.6 miles in 42 minutes. I am feeling stronger and my runs are getting better. This week will end my first 6 weeks of crossfit. So far...I love it. Noticing differences, not so much weight loss but muscle toning. I am excited to see what the next 6 weeks brings me. (Hi Grand dad.)
