Man, we do waiter walks with our RKB routine, and oh boy do they hurt. Awesome stretch! For added pain and suffering, do them from the pistol pump position.
Pistol pump-Hold the bell by the handle, and balance the weighted/bell portion in the air. (The bell will be upside down basically, handle to the deck) Squeeze like crazy on these, you could be tasting your bell otherwise.
For a challenge, do it with 2 bells!

How do you perform the Waiter's Walk?

Put a heavy weight over your head with one hand - like a waiter carrying a food tray - and go for a walk.

If I'm too wiped out from BJJ and the WOD I do a workout I came up with. Snatch a 50lb dumbell to overhead, squat down pick up another one and walk a while. Drop them, snatch with other hand and repeat. I do 10 reps/walks per side. Works the core and caardio like crazy...

Did 3.6 miles in 40 minutes plus tried to do unassisted pull ups. (accomplished 1/2 of one and did 4 assisted. What a morning.
