I saw the image this morning. And, well, I'm still trying to figure out what crime he committed. Anyone have any ideas?

I threw together a little workout this morning before checking out the Fort Worth art fair:

5 parallette HSPUs
10 door pullups (finally found a motel bathroom door that could easily bear my weight!)
15 box jumps using a chair (approx 20" high)
20 situps (feet anchored under the refrigerator)

5 rounds, no breaks except for the jumps. Jammed my left toe when I didn't jump quite high enough. Believe me, all my jumps after that were plenty high! 16:11

Walked several miles at the art fair and later walked several more miles on the Trinity Trail. The 32 mile Trail borders a river running through Fort Worth. Very pleasant going....watched swimming snakes, herons, egrets, big turtles and several different breeds of duck. Almost 80 degrees and I can wear shorts! Having fun in Texas...

Back from the road, first workout in five days; paid for it. Did Helen (you all did it a couple of days ago), sluggish, hurt the lower back on the swings, finished in a painful 19:38. That will teach me to relax.

Did a favorite York Course from the 40's with Chad St.Clair. Took a minute off our last time

1-arm dumbbell snatch, right and left, 55lbsx7reps
1-arm dumbbell clean & jerk, right and left, 55lbsx7reps
Bench Press 7 reps x 155
Front Squat 7 reps x 155
Deadlift 7 reps x 205
Hang Snatch 6 reps x 105 (missed 7)
Hang Squat Clean & Jerk 7 reps x 115 (this was tough)

Time: 13:05. Great workout Chad and I have refined. Try it, you'll like it.

To follow up on Pappas' post...The db work is done with the Ironmind Husky handles bells, making them significantly harder...My weights below.

1 Arm db snatch- 55 x7
1 Arm db clean & jerk- 55 x 7
Bench - 7 x 185
Front sqt - 7 x 200
DL - 7 x 245
Hang Snatch - 7 x 105
clean & jerk - 7 x 115
