Since I'm leaving for vacation until next Tuesday, I did a Crossfit creation of my own today:

How many can I do in 5 minutes?

Muscleups - 18
Full squat cleans with 75% bwt (85#) - 21
Single point suspended pullups - 45
Thrusters with 50% bwt (65#) - 52
Dreaded pushups, nothing fancy - 86
Row - 1011 meters (hams sore from yesterday, no push left)

I'm taking my jumprope and running shoes with me to Texas - here's my big chance to work on some weak points while I'm going through Crossfit withdrawal.

See you next week!

God, I need the rest day today.

Kelly...was that 5 minutes total, or 5 minutes worth of each exercise?

Did sunday workout today b/c gym was closed for easter.

No problem on GM. All 7 rounds for 21 reps at 65lb.

L-sits were done with knees up only after 1st round. The second and third rounds were a full 60 seconds. The last four rounds were broken into two sets of 30 seconds.

Impact = ouch

Seven rounds:
Good Mornings, 45 pounds, 21 reps
“L” Sit 60 seconds

First timer with GM's so only did 45#, no breaks.
I did the L-sits using arm slings, did 3 20sec mini-sets for each round.
Whole WOD took ~20 min.
