It's nice to see independent frame builders keeping the art of custom built frames alive. It seems to me that the crossfit workouts would be a great way to train for cyclocross racing due to the running jumping and lifting involved. I race amature road and also have a cross bike but have never raced with it. It has crossed my mind several times since starting the WOD to try it out this winter. Pardon the long post. Feedback?

This is obviously the California version. At CrossFit Kansas City we don't have air in our tires.

No air in the tires? So it's kind of the anti-full suspension bike, right?

BTW...what the heck are the Chiefs doing this off-season? I wanted a new D, and they've just been re-signing the same guys from last season.

Rest Day: Not on my to-do list: 50 km trail race in Maryland today. 7:18 sounds slow but rain, mud, and hills made for a long day.
