A symbol of your sacrifices and commitment, the Pukie Patch:

Our friend, Jim DEA, an AIRPIG from Oklahoma, suggested we start a patch board and swap agency or unit patches. The idea was great; the problem was we didn't have a patch. Now we do.

Here's how you can get your Pukie Patch:

1. Send your unit or agency patch to us in trade.
2. Send us a photo of you or your team working out, facility, bagged bad guys, something, etc.
3. Present a compelling case to Lauren: Lauren@crossfit.com

I almost want to join a SWAT team, law enforcement agency, or combat unit to be eligible for the patch. The only problem is I'm too much of a sissy to risk being shot! God bless those who aren't. The patch rocks!

I have a guy at Crossfit SLO that sh** his pants during a fgb 1k row. Is that compelling enough

I gotta poke fun at this, but it's all in good fun - no disrespect intended.

The Pukie Patch - Nothing screams pride like wearing a patch with a puking clown on it!

I have been doing the crossfit wod's for 2 months now and am sold on it!! I have also introduced my unit on to it and have had the same response. We will be deploying in the near future.Iwas wondering the easiest way I could download at least 7 months of last years workouts to take with me. Just incase I am not able to get on the internet. I know this would be a great asset to staying in operational shape!
