This being a rest day, I wonder what everyone typically does. I plan to do an extended Crossfit warm-up, work on O-lifts and complexes with Bertha the Broomstick, handstands, one-arm wall push-ups, L-sits on the parallettes, hollow rocks, stretching, Astral Projection and things of that sort.

Rest. Work in the garden. Eat.

I think I'm gonna do an ironman for some active recovery, then head over to Mt. Everest and climb that for a warmup, before swimming the Atlantic, then running back to my house. After that I'll probably eat all day and stretch. Or maybe I'll leave out the former and just eat and stretch.

CF warmup followed by DT pullups 12*5r in 12' plus 30 jumping pullups. Then 15' handstand work and completed with flex band stretch routine. Then eat for the rest of the day. :)

I cleared French broom from a hillside for about four hours. I'll "rest" tomorrow :-)
