First, I really like your site, its excellent.
But its confusing that some of your linked diet articles maintain there is no problem with saturated fat in the diet whilst Dr. Cordain, in his paleodiet site which you have just linked to, says, basically, that saturated fat contributes to atherosois. And he hates carbs, but what else can athletes use for energy? If I cut carbs out I would be as thin as a rake. I want to build up but I don't want my arteries to narrow (I already suffer from poor circulation to hands and feet). Any advice?
Mike:
Saturated fat is a fairly controversial issue... I believe Rob Wolf in the forums could probably clear it up for you (he's the athletic looking fellow from Tuesday's picture).
As for losing weight whilst cutting carbs - I didn't completely cut carbs out. I keep around 80-100g a day, and that seems to work - I'm losing fat slowly but surely, and I've actually gained quite a bit of muscle.

P.S. - I've almost recovered from my cold. Hopefully, I should be able to take on the WOD tomorrow.
