Garth Taylor is warming up squatting with IronMind’s Pillars of Power and Vulcan Squat Racks. This combo is perfect for self-spotting bench press and the squat – the only two weight training exercises that really need spotting.

The difference between this and Sunday's workout is you are resting as needed between sets rather than doing it for time (Which I assume because you are dividing weight and time in seconds to achieve a score. Coach, what are the physiological (I hope I used the right word) differences from this wrkout compared to Sundays.
By the way....my weight was 135, my best ever for this workout.

More rest=higher load.

More strenght oriented (versus muscle endurace oriented)workout than the other one where you where striving to do it as fast as posible.

Did I get it right????? :)

Oh, I forgot to bring the stopwatch with me on sunday. My score is usuallly in the "pathetic" range!

I did 90lbs, and I didn't even finish each set. I think it was like 12, 9, 5. This is tough stuff..
